Let me start by saying that progressive is one of the worse insurance compacies you can be with! one of his clients hit my car last month i had pictures of the guy that hit me also a police report and lot of pictures of his car & my car as well! they said they will investigate and send someone over to check my car! the lady came over and verified my car was hit by his car and told me she saw where he hit my car and the insurance comapny was going to take care of the claim 26-567310521. i got a message today by text, they didnt even bother to call me! says this! rememeber they had all pictures of the damge of my car their cliets car and all that! they told me they needed a video to prove he damaged my car!! for reals! i also sent them 3 videos of the guy coming back to my office to check the car out and took off! he did that for a week after the accident. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Progressive decided to settle on a case instead of investigating the damage to the vehicle's, and some of the things that were said in the police video to see that what the police wrote in their report happen didn't actually happen . They were not willing to put in extra effort to fully investigate and just settled the case. read more

Do not use this company. Had paid my plan in full and had it set on auto pay. All of sudden they pulled another amount... this company decided they could start another plan without my consent. They never clarified or detailed that would happen. I am not driving due to a surgery and these crooks took it upon themselves to start a new policy? Ugh no? No asking for permission or anything of that sort. Then had the audacity to say it "legal federally". Get out of here. NOTHING would be done without the consent of the consumer. Beware of their boat insurance! Very deceitful they will tell you your boat is covered from top to bottom and once you hand over your money and need the coverage that they say they offer they will start throwing exclusions at you. You also better make sure you have picture of you and boat on the boat or they will accuse you of fraud. If you still choose to go through progressive for your boat I would definitely go through their exclusions with a fine tooth comb prior to purchasing the insurance. Especially, the weather related issues because they have zones that they don't tell you about and if you are in that said zone they will deny your claim. I am sure this is how they have not paid out for many. Also, pulpusion plus is a joke don't waste your money or time with this company. If I would have known better I would have went through a more reputable boat insurance company. read more

Progressive is a SCAM and to think we actually thought on switching insurance providers!!!! glad we didn't after they denied a claim. Their insured got me in the rear of my car while I was at a stand still at a RED LIGHT / he left the scene after exchanging information used his wife (had a diabetic attack supposedly) as an excuse to leave before the police showed up/ gave me his cell to " handle it outside of the insurance " screams shady!!!! The rep at progressive denies the claim after a month and a half after I complained about her lack of communication. I emailed/called multiple times for an update and nothing. 3 weeks after the claim was submitted she finally reached out saying she had had no luck with her insured( of course he was avoiding them) she had sent out letters and made calls and nothing. At that point I called him myself and told him I would sue if he didn't come forward and he did but lied to his rep. pictures say 1000 words and she failed to make the right decision because I complained about her customer service skills . she had her feelings hurt and made a poor decision based on that. I'm not recommend this company. Claim department Taylor Chester denied extend my rent car. We had hail damages last April. Because of many claims makes delayed processing and fixed vehicles. It took 3weeks get approved good estemates finally start this week working on my car . Need another 3weeks to finish the my car. Taylor Chester blem to my Body shop didn't respond on time for what they request to body shop. My Body shop told me they're respond everthing on time. Taylor Chester doesn't care about circumstances what we have deal with after hail damages. He just repeatedly your policy is only 30days rent car coverage.... Blur Blur. So many vehicles damaged sane time and it take more time to processes and fix. I'm sooooo disappoint Progressive insurance company. Makes me frustrating and inconvenience also concern. Taylor Chester was not professional, taking care of customers. Taylor tried save money for his company but makes me write bad reviews. After I complained about my claims on Facebook , I received phone call from claim department manager his name is Christopher Rains. He told my wife " He'll call to my body shop and someone will call within 24 hours for extend rent car. " No one was called so I contacted the claim center asked my status. Rep. says Christopher Rains denied my request. He was lie to my wife makes us waiting for phone call. Even repair department Manager Alfonzo Temez was lies about my Body shop didn't respond on time What they request. I have all updated email and notification from my Body shop. This company is redicules that management work this company, they're liars and falsefy informations. Absolutely terrible service. Terrible paint work and repair. Will not fix what was damaged. TAKE YOUR CAR TO YOUR REPAIR SHOP and have progressive pay them. They do terrible work at this location and try their best to get out of as much as possible (what they are paid to do). Trust me. Don't use them!! read more

My car got rear-ended so I was scheduled to bring it to Progressive to send it in for repair. After bringing my vehicle to the facility, I was told my CRACKED bumper would only be repaired using after-market, used parts and she could not tell me where my car would be sent. I was told, "We have 10-11 repair facilities throughout the area so I'm not sure where your car will be sent." Could not even give me the names of the places. This is what Progressive uses? I refused to sign anymore documents and said that I'm bringing my car to my local Hyundai dealership for repair. The representative did an estimate for my damage and gave me a check for a REPAIR only. I took the check and left. A few days later, I dropped my car off with Hyundai and after looking at my bumper, they said it will definitely need to be replaced. DO NOT have Progressive do work on your car. You have the right to being it to your own facility and I highly recommend bringing it to your local dealership for repairs/replacements. read more
