It was supposed to take 2-3 months max. After 6 months of many delays and only minor changes to move things along it got harder and harder to contact her, and then she stopped answering my emails, phone calls, and texts all together. I never heard from her again and I'm out one thousand dollars. She obviously isn't that talented with setting up photo sites because I've had other professional web designers look at the work done and the underlining code was a complicated mess. I finally contacted a lawyer for advice and I sent a legal document ending our original aggreement. Extremely unprofessional.
