We are delighted to recommend ProfileTree following their outstanding work in redesigning and modernising our website HomeLovingCats.com. (The business offers a cat sitting service and a cat sitting franchise for individuals looking to run an enjoyable low-overhead business from home). By the way, the exclusive franchise for Belfast is (currently) still available! From the very beginning, the entire ProfileTree team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and communication. What particularly impressed us was their ability to under-promise and over-deliver at every stage of the project. They took the time to fully understand our business, our objectives, and some quite technical and exacting requirements that were critical to the success of the website. ProfileTree rose to every challenge and delivered an exceptional result in every respect. The project began with a comprehensive and highly detailed website development proposal, covering the project overview and objectives, detailed brief, solution overview, approach to our specific requirements, SEO and content strategy, project timeline, and a transparent breakdown of the financial investment required. This immediately gave us confidence that we were working with a company that values clarity, planning, and professionalism. We would like to make particular mention of Padraig Downey, Head of Client Success, whose commitment throughout the project was exemplary. Padraig kept us fully informed at every stage, maintained excellent communication, and ensured that no question or concern ever went unanswered. He arranged a series of online meetings with the relevant members of his team whenever specialist input was required, allowing every aspect of the project to be addressed thoroughly and efficiently. The entire ProfileTree team was not only highly knowledgeable and capable, but also approachable, friendly, and genuinely invested in achieving the best possible outcome for our business. Their attention to detail, technical expertise, and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. We can unhesitatingly and without reservation recommend ProfileTree to any business looking to enhance its digital presence. They have exceeded our expectations in every way, and we look forward to working with them for many years to come as we continue to strengthen and expand our online presence. Working with Ciaran and the team at ProfileTree has been a genuinely positive experience for both Loada Balls and Sloan's Gym. From the outset, they took the time to understand our businesses, our audiences, and what we were trying to achieve online. Their approach to website development was clear, structured, and efficient. They didn't just build sites that look good, they made sure everything was functional, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand identity. The improvements in site performance and usability were noticeable straight away. On the SEO side, their expertise has made a real difference. They explained things in a way that actually made sense, kept us updated throughout, and implemented strategies that have already started to improve our visibility and traffic. It's clear they know what they're doing and stay on top of best practices. What stood out most was their communication and reliability. The team is responsive, easy to work with, and genuinely invested in getting results. Nothing ever felt like a "tick-box" exercise, they cared about the outcome. Overall, I'd highly recommend Ciaran and ProfileTree to any business looking to strengthen their online presence. They deliver quality work, backed by real knowledge and a professional approach. read more

I have been working with Profile Tree for just over a year on various projects for the Ulster Orchestra website and I couldn't have had a better experience. Padraig and Marcus have been excellent in communicating the different stages of the process, understanding what we were looking for, and implementing the design and changes across the site while keeping us updated as things progressed. We used Profile Tree to migrate our site from our previous platform to WordPress last year, which required rebuilding the entire site, and they made what could have been a difficult process very easy for us. This year we asked Profile Tree to update the design of our site to match the design of our new season promotional material and again the work was done quickly and achieved exactly what we wanted. Padraig and Marcus were always very happy to jump on calls with us if we had any questions, or to explore options for features and designs. They are very knowledgeable and friendly and I've enjoyed working with them. I would highly recommend Profile Tree if you're looking to get work done on your website. read more

I first had help from ProfileTree regarding social media content. I knew some basics but Gabrielle showed me a whole lot more, she was so helpful. Then I worked with Khadiza from ProfileTree who was very helpful in taking the time to help set up my website while having the patience to explain areas that I didn't understand. I spent days trying to set up the home page header but kept overlaping elements. Contacted Khadiza and she had it fixed that morning. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending ProfileTree.
