I should've known it wasn't going to end well when Laurie or Laura (I can't remember her name) shampooed and conditioned my hair in a quick 3 minutes, only glanced at my photo for maybe 2 seconds, and took about only 20 minutes to cut ALL of my hair... I have a lot. I don't recommend this place (especially her) to anybody. Pics below are what I asked for vs. what I got. Thanks for COMPLETELY butchering my hair, Laurie or Laura. I honestly have no words. She was rushing so fast, that she forgot about my face frame and was literally about to let me walk out with ALL of these layers and no face frame (mind you she left those two pieces by my face out the entire time she was cutting, so they weren't even layered or anything!). I think I would have gotten better treatment, and a better cut, at Great Clips. Note that I never blow dry my hair, take great care of it, yet it looks so dry and frizzy from this cut. ZOOM IN on the layers and try to find ONE (out of the many she gave me) that is one length all the way around. And no, she didn't use a razor. She did this with scissors. I would go back and have it fixed, but there is no way to fix it other than cutting my hair to my shoulders. I've had long hair for about 7 years and have never had a hair cut this bad. Honestly, just go to Great Clips. Thanks again, Laurie or Laura. Now I'm going to have to wear my hair half up for the next 5 months until this shit grows out. Call me if you feel bad and want to give me my money back. My 15 year old brother could've done a better job than this.

An attractive young lady greeted me and said they had no openings (the place was completely empty ... but maybe they had people coming in). I asked about other places to get a pedicure and was informed that any other place in town would not be good because they were not "white based". Really? She said "those Koreans or whatever" were...
