I cannot say enough wonderful things about Head to Toe Health & Wellness! With such a comfortable…read moreand inviting environment, I felt welcome the moment I stepped through the door. Having never experienced a body wrap before, I didn't entirely know what to expect but Apryl and her team explained everything to me, walking me through the entire process. I went into my wrap with realistic expectations of what it could and couldn't do for my appearance and my body. Not only did I lose 26 inches from my body with my first wrap, but I slept wonderfully that night and my skin felt so soft from the minerals in the wrap. Did I lose weight? No. Did I appear visibly slimmer, tighter and firmer? Yes. But I'll be honest, it's more than just the wraps and the inches lost - it is really about the total experience. When I am at Head to Toe for a treatment (yes! I have had several now), I feel like I am spending time with an old friend. For that hour, the rest of the world, and the weight of it, don't exist and I can relax and breathe. It is the physical and mental break that I need and I am grateful that there is a place like Head to Toe Health & Wellness that I can find it.

Do not let the 4 ratings fool you. This is the most unprofessional, dirty gym I've ever been to…read more The owners are rude and don't care for their customers, only about their money. The gym is never sanitized making it a unsafe environment for people to work out, weights are never organized and all over the place, machines are horrible, and it smells like shit. Please don't join this gym!!! To add to all of this, the pictures on their website they use to lure people to sign up are 5 years old and looks nothing like how it is now. Very clear they no longer care about quality of their business, only the money. They promise a in house massage, chef, and a whole bunch of others on their storefront sign, they do not have those in the gym. False promotion, horrible policies to keep you stuck and paying, horrible management and horrible environment.
