The owner 'Dave' is great, although he specialised in Peugeot and Citroen cars he regularly services my Vauxhall. I get an honest quote and the work is to a high standard, he's even told me to come back when other work isn't imminent, which I've never heard from a garage before. But for repairs to your car they are very good. Don't be put off by the tatty appearance of the place. The speed, quality and price of the work is first class. If your cars needs parts, they order them in and will usually have them in a day or two. The place is run by twin brothers, which can be confusing, and they seem depressingly miserable. Don't worry though, the work is good.

Not recommended at all! Went for oil change, brought 7…read morelitres of very good engine oil Motul 8100 X-Clean LL-04 for my bmw 330d (left one litre to top up as I prefer not to overfill which is harmful for engine) and oil filter that appeared to be wrong and they informed me about it and ordered their own. 4 hours later! car was ready to collect and surprisingly they filled up with another 2 litres of their own "expensive" oil (mixed with my branded one) and did not even ask me or let me know before (I still had 1 extra litre). Charged me £47+vat for labour, £30 for 2 litres of unipart pro s1700 5w40 engine oil (!!!) and £15 for oil filter - £100 in total. Went to work straight away and next day checked oil level as 9 litres for 3.0d engine seemed to much. Took dipstick out and oil level was far away above max mark!. Got back there to drop it to right level between min and max on dipstick. No one was happy. Feel overcharged for two extra unnecessary litres of engine oil that one was dropped down next day and another could be replaced with my oil. Not happy that they mixed oils. No refund given or offered. Unprofessionally service, too expensive. Not recommended. If 2 litres of their engine oil is £30 so 9 litres (that amount they put in my car) is £135!!! plus 1h labour £54 and their non brand oil filter will be round £200!!!!!!!! For that price I would definitely go to BMW Sytner the get right amount of oil, OEM oil filter, genuine stamp in service book and my car would be clean after serviceing by them! Stay away from Jordan Motors!
