I was Awarded 30 thousand, they widdled it down to 3600 dollars!! The fake charges are unreal, for instance, they had 1 charge for my driving record, ok, but it was 265 dollars for my driving record!!!! WHAT??? The record costs 10 dollars. It's all fake! The entire fees list is soooooo fake it isnt even funny. I filled a complaint with the bar association, this was about 6 years ago. If i were you, i promise you it will be a whole lot better going to a real lawyer. One who cares about YOU. Peake and fowler cut me a check for a measly 3600 dollars out of about 32,000 settlement state farm have me. I swear to God. Not trying to bash anyone, just stating the facts. Me, my family, even friends of mine were FLABERGASTED when they called me, FINALLY, to come get my check!! Nobody could believe it was legal!! As i said, i most def files complaint with the sc bar association. But, I'm sure Peale and fouler are buds with somebody down there as i never heard anhydrous back! We were floored.
