The interior is modern and minamalistic, with comfy leather couches in the reception area. This all goes a long way to providing a warm and welcoming feel. Renaissance Hair's senior stylists are excellent, thorough and highly professional. Both myself and my Mum's stylist is Donna and she is beyond excellent. Every consultation is carried out with the upmost attention and focus on the clients needs and own vision of how they see their final look. She is open to new suggestions and enthusiastic at creating new looks, texture and colour. Her experience shines and this ensures the treatment you receive throughout your time with her is second-to-none. Donna makes you feel relaxed, well looked after and pampered, all without the inane chat that you can get from many less-experienced stylists at less professional salons. All the other stylists in the salon are equally charming. Nothing is too much trouble and you leave the salon with a great haircut and feeling cared-for and fantastic. All ages are welcome and appointments are tailored to accommodate as much as possible. I can't recommend this salon enough and as I didn't find any reviews on the web for Renaissance already, I felt it high time that the girls who work here are complimented on their running of a superb salon. Yvonne put me at ease immediately and she gave me great advice. You know you are in safe hands when the hairdresser's own hair is stunning :) . Yvonne gave me a fabulous hair cut and I made a forward booking for before Christmas. Her salon is tucked away in the middle of the village and benefits from easy parking as well as lovely views so the whole experience was very relaxing. Yvonne's charges are very reasonable and she caters for all kinds of styles and ages. She also does home visits for customers not able to get out and about.
