Excellent store, friendly owner. A family favorite tennis shop for many years now. Stop in, you won't regret it.

The gym is excellent for me. They have a wide variety of equipment, which is plus for me. There is a good amount of free weights, dumbbells, and kettle bells. The Sports Club has a some cable equipment, and a QueenEx (like a jungle gym) which has TRX-type equipment. They have a number of machines. There is not a lot of open space in the gm, but there is enough room for normal workout. At a couple of times the gym can be packed, but normally there is plenty of space. And, there are times the gym is completely empty. There is a cardio section on a different level from the gym, which has treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, etc...They also have a short track around the gym area, which people walk. The classes are very good. Most people could get by taking the classes (which are included) in place of a personal trainer (they have those, as well). My Favorite thing - Towell service. I need a towel when I workout, and I cannot express how much I love that The Sports Club has them available. They do a pretty good job keeping the facility clean. The staff is generally friendly and accommodating. The only real downside for me is the building needs some upkeep, and the parking is a disaster - think grocery store. The club is on the expensive side for running on a treadmill, but it is well priced if you make use of all the club offers.

Iove the variety of classes! love how clean it is, the staff is very friendly. Hot yoga room is my…read morefavorite.

I have never been to a pool club before. I bought into Woodbrooke sight unseen based on a friend's…read morereview. I love her, and she has 4 kids...I figured she knows best. (She does). The playground is what every 2-8 year old has wished for their WHOLE lives. Looks like a pirate ship, has a fast slide...what more do you need? We do not tennis. But I am sure it is wonderful. There are 2 pools. First one is a kiddie and honestly, I wish they had a splash pad in it's place. It is very shallow and just kind of boring. The other is a 6 lane pool with a dive tank - and my kids think it is amazing. They have a swim team and lessons. We are just going to play in the pool this summer, then try for the team in the future. The "clubhouse" is small, there are not lockers. Bathrooms are clean and seemingly just got upgraded. There are grills about to make food, and they have a small snack station. I guess there was hot food previously, but they are investigating whether it makes sense to reopen? Not sure, I'm new. Currently there is pop, water, chips and ice cream. So basically every kid food group. I am super excited for this summer, it is already fun!

Even though pickleball Is the fastest growing sport, for some reason PT doesn't like it. They raised their prices from last year to this year, and deliver awful customer service. Membership for PB up 50%, open play up over 50% and it's not like they have the courts waiting for You! All the usuals get there and spend the first 10 min of a shortened timeframe dragging the nets and setting it up. They don't provide balls like they do for tennis! Nope they just grab your money and treat all the pickle ballers like they are not as good as their tennis elitist. Don't get me wrong there are a couple people that work there that are super nice, but more often than not you run in to the ones That seem to either hate their job or hate us!! ‍ UWM doesn't have the outdoor floors or even great customer service at the sportsplex but at least provide balls. Have everything set up and pretend to Like you. Worth the drive in my opinion. Peachtree could use a customer service coach on staff. Don't even get me started on renting a court from them. They would rather it be empty than pickleball be played on it most days. A smile and making your customers feel welcome goes a long way!!

Courts are very good shape and you have a lot of room to yourself as well. They also offer drop in group lessons or private lessons for a reasonable price if you so choose. Price of a membership isn't all that bad either but you need it if you plan on joining leagues or using the ball machine there. Hours are also pretty good as well and they offer court times for whatever someone's schedule might be.
