Called him back the next day but he didn't have service. Had office assistant give me a call. She apologized for owner and we negotiated a day and time for an estimate. 30 minutes before the day of the scheduled estimate, assistant called and said their truck broke down and that they wouldn't be able to make it. She said she would call back to schedule a good time. I haven't heard anything from them. That was a week ago.
