I had scheduled instruction with Nick focusing on the Excel 2013 program. I was able to have the…read morefirst "lesson" the following day! We had some issues with the laptop I brought with. He handled it well. Instead of rescheduling Nick was able to have me work on one of their computers thankfully. I have to say he was fantastic. He started with the basics and brought me to a level that I will be capable of using the program in an office setting (which was my intention). He answered every question more than once if I needed. I NEVER once felt rushed or hurried. He is patient and is great at explaining things in terms that a non-computer person understands! He offered me his number if I should have any questions. No surprise, I called a few days letter with a question. I left a voicemail and he promptly returned my call within 15 minutes. Overall, the "lessons" were roughly 2 hours in a 2 day span. I, also, received an Excel book for referring to if needed (which I will definitely hold on to). I would definitely recommend Nick at Compu-train if you need assistance.
