We began to suspect the attorney was mishandling our case and got to the point we felt continuing to use him was actively sabotaging our chances at the proper outcome. In effort to protect ourselves, we later had our case reviewed by another attorney who explicitly told us based on this firm's handling of our case, that's exactly what was happening. Communication was poor and at times outright callous, and at no point did I or my family ever feel this attorney or his firm were looking out for anyone other than themselves and racking up as many billable hours as possible. This firm will rationalize it's attempts to charge hundreds of dollars for simple correspondence as well, from 5 minute phone calls they themselves initiate, to emails no longer than a few sentences and everything in between, so prospective clients beware.
