It still leaked so was told to open and shut the top. I was not happy to keep loosing the juice with a tank that leaks all the time. Guy says tanks leak, it's suppose to. No one else's tank I know leaks like this. I asked for a new tank and was told I could file a warranty with the company. No offer to help a customer in anyway 3 days after purchase that had been in the shop twice looking for help. Do not recommend. Crappy merchandise and crappy customer service.

So I went ahead with her recommendation. I did not open the vape until I got back to school and it tasted fine initially, but within an hour or so it started to taste burnt. I even asked one of the other students who vapes to try just to ensure I wasn't mistaken and she agreed. I called back to see if I could swap it out for another vape, but was told that since I already left the store that I could not come back and exchange it and that they always encourage customers to test the vape in the store. I told her I was not encouraged to do so which I wasn't and she still said I couldn't exchange the item because some people try to scam and switch out vapes. This was NOT the case with me. I was also NEVER encouraged to try the vape in the store and if I was I clearly wouldn't be in this situation. This issue now falls on the business as they failed to stick to their "encouraging customers to test in store", and it's very unfortunate that they chose to handle the situation this way. I will not be returning or referring anyone else to this establishment. I only gave 2 stars because the employee was pleasant and they had a really sweet dog there, but the way they handled this situation is unfortunate. Every situation shouldn't be handled the same.. some things are case by case basis.

I tried to call the location, but as soon as I explained the problem, I was put on hold. After 1 hour on hold, I hung up and tried to call back. Busy signal. Later - Message saying "this number is busy or is not in use". They have several other locations listed, so I tried to call them. SAME THING: No one answering the phone, or a strange message: "this number is busy or is not in use". I am filing a fraud complaint with my bank, and will see if anyone fixes this. DON'T GO HERE!
