First off, walking into the store, the environment was one of the best I've seen in Clarksville. The owner was extremely polite and knowledgeable about the products he sells. I walked in on him helping a customer and wanted to ensure that the customer was happy with the product prior to leaving. They have an awesome line of juices to choose from. Great store. I decided to start vaping after getting off Chantix and going straight to Mapco to get smokes. Both my daughter and wife vape and both rave about it. Pro Vapor is close to I-24 at Exit 1 in TN and easy to get to. Their equipment selection is wide and varied, and they are authorized by the companies that make the equipment so the warranty offered protects both you and Pro Vapor (I checked, don't worry). After a few questions, the employee was able to quickly find me a kit that had the complexity I was looking for, but the simplicity that I needed. He was excessively patient, over and above what was necessary, and should be commended for that. I ended up purchasing an Aspire kit consisting of a Pegasus Mini mod and a Triton mini tank. I also discovered that nicotine levels in juices really DO MATTER. I thought I could handle a large amount, but ended up working from 12 down to 3 with no complaints from my helper in the store. We found a juice that fit where I'm at right now, and I can actually see myself working down to 0 nicotine without all the emotional weirdness of Chantix or patches, or gum. Thanks for the help and patience. Man, I cannot rate this shop highly enough. Most places go for the big sale right off the bat, but the owner here is a good man, who asks questions to find out what his customers need. I started out with just a pen, but have moved into a box and Titan tank, and I could not be happier. Flavor after flavor keep finding their way into my case, and soon it will be time for custom box mods. They have kits for everybody, one for my wife in her favorite color, and one for me as well. Not this vape shop; if you're a beginner I've seen them have all the patience in the world explaining the devices and "how to" to new vapers. I have purchased exclusively with Pro Vapor since I quit smoking cigarettes three months ago. The two employees I have dealt with until today were absolutely fantastic! That being said, I may have dealt with the wrong owner today; and will be giving my business to a competitor from now on. Five star is a marketing tool which the owner "pays a lot of money to use" (his words), but when I try to reap the benefits of my loyalty I was "manipulating the system". As I left the owners wife belittled my transaction to other customers in the store. Not a great experience at all!!! read more
