It was an 18,000 dollar job, and it was the WORST presentation of construction I have ever seen, experienced, and had to deal with. I want to state, this is the only negative review I have ever filed on anything, that is how terrible the experience was. STARTING HERE: - My son put a screw in his mouth that was left in the dining room from a window replacement. We rushed him to the e.r. they did nothing, not even apologize. It was simply glossed over. - We found nails in our driveway, popped one tire, nails found in 2 - The caulking on our poorch was very, very messy, - They left dirt footsteps in the house all over, multiple times they were called back to clean it. - One of the men screwed metal into rotting wood, and the nails came right off. The man said that was standard. (Mind you it is very easy to replace that bit of wood.) - We received a Broke window, which was fixed 3 WEEKS LATER. We had a hole in the screen of our window leading upstairs. They Bent a gutter in the spot where they stored all of the materials along the side of our poorch. They did not replace the aluminum surround on Windows completely, it just looks very bad. - The wood they applied to our Poorch is unlevel in spots, just a really lazy job. Nails covered in yard, left for days until they came out. They failed the first time and had to send people out again for nails. - I STILL had screws on top of my poorch from window replacements.. I removed myself so the wind didn't blow them into my driveway. Literally the longest list, and Joe's attitude was very unlikable about this project. A new worker with that co. That I had be friended admitted that the grade of work done depends on the area of the job site, and that blew me away.

Steve and Jason came out and did an excellent job in coming up with different options that may work best for our specific situation. Turn around time wasn't overly long and the install was seemless. They also created a set of kitchen island cabinets that matched our existing cabinets spot on. We were overjoyed during the install to see how close they were able to match the existing cabinets. The cabinets were just beautiful and were perfect for our remodel. They were very timely in communcation and the price seemed fair for the quality of craftmanship from the final product. There are a lot of contractors out there, and that's why I'd like to leave a review. We've worked with two other roofing contractors in the Omaha area that completed the work within a reasonable timeframe. However, their teams left a lot of debris for us to clean up. We had bats get into our attic on both occasions. For our third new roof project, we decided to go with Siefken Contracting. Jared was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. The only headache we had to endure was our insurance company fighting tooth and nail to not provide coverage. Jared and his team fought for us and communicated well. We have since moved to a new home and had to replace the roof again - lucky us. We went with Siefken for a second time. We had another great experience with their team. We're currently having Siefken replace the windows in our home. This is our first time using them outside of roofing, and their team has been great to work with once again. I can't sing their praises enough and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Omaha area.

Was particularly impressed when one day someone on his team was out/unavailable/dealing with something else and instead of rescheduling our demo Bill came out to do it himself. In my experience most contractors won't do that kind of thing.
