After some rust appeared on the trunk lid and left side front sill, we took it in to have it assessed. We were told by the manager that the rust on the lid was due to stone chips and the rust on the sill was due to brake dust. How stone chips could occur in that spot on the trunk I have no idea unless the car was driven backwards down the road. Supposedly, brake dust made its way past the seals in one specific spot causing the issue on the sill. When questioned, the manager simply said "you can take it to a body shop and they'll tell you the same thing." I did, they did not concur thank you. Now I have to pay for a repair after paying for protection that obviously did not work. I will not use your service again or recommend it to anyone. Also, we were always contacted each year for our annual "touch up" application. Strangely, this year we were not. Good riddance, buyer beware.

I got a call from O'Regan's at 2:00 to come & pick up the car. The headlights weren't done so I went in to see why. They said they needed my consent. I reminded them I gave said consent 3 weeks ago on the phone. They said, well, I needed to make another appointment and they would need the car from 1 to 1.5 hours. LOUSY SERVICE!

We walked in where the woman on the counter wouldn't even acknowledge our existence. When we said anything to her, she barely lifted her eyes up from her phone, but not before rolling her eyes and saying "ugh, what do you need?". The vehicle we brought in was brand new (200kms on it) so we specifically asked that they use extra caution to not get any greasy hands on the interior of the vehicle, and also asked for the vehicle not to be washed on the exterior afterwards (we had our vehicle ceramic coated and we have to wash with ceramic soap). When the car was returned there was greasy finger prints on both interior panels, and they washed the vehicle with their brush and left scratches/swirls all over the car. Absolutely terrible customer service, extremely unprofessional and overall just a horrible experience.
