Very quiet and clean salon with nice relaxing music. The staff were all so friendly and attentive. I got a very nice hand and arm massage with lavender lotion. Paraffin wax lotion in heated bags for a few minutes left my hands so smooth and soft. Finished off with a beautiful light pink OPI Gel # 634. Very happy. My friend got a dip manicure and pedicure, I got my dip set soaked off and a new one put on. Hygiene standards were not followed. After soaking my dip off, they did the standard dip application but at no point did they have me wash my hands before sticking my fingers into the communal SNS powder. This is an easy way to spread bacteria and germs! The same thing happened with my friend- they did not have her wash her hands after prepping for the manicure.
