He has proven knowledgeable, willing to find answers on things that may not have been his area of expertise, and to help me problem solve and troubleshoot many things, even outside of plumbing (but within the construction field). He is respectful, trustworthy, and I have seen him interact professionally with my dogs and children as he came and went on some of my extended projects. Again, he made us all feel safe, and comfortable, as he worked, from start to finish.
