So dramatic, reminds me of Beverly Hills 90210. While your toes dry under the cabinet by some "magical" light and a fan that blows like a winded asthma sufferer, you are entertained by creepy artifacts. About five model hands displaying different nail types you can get on each finger. Four of the hands look like they come from a 70 year old woman with serious age spots that could very well be cancerous. And one hand so pale you can see their veins pulsing beneath the skin. And in the center is a glass swan, if you pick it up, cusped within its back is some random nails that didn't make the display boards of over a hundred designs you can view. Rejects? Garbage? The best ones of them all? You won't know unless you pick them out and look! And don't forget to observe the dusty peach? tree perched up high, taped down securely to the top of the shelf. The last year, she is overbooked, makes you wait upwards of an hour even with an appointment, cuts corners and becomes hostile when you point out an error. Literally starts yelling in Vietnamese to her colleagues and glares at you so you just shut up because you are to scared to tell her that the nails are to short or that you would like a different color. For 85 dollars every 10 days, I will take my business to a ship that's treats customers with respect, doesn't yell or glare at you.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received - salon had great reviews and my friend has…read morebeen there - but I was offended by Cindy - did my manicure on a towel in the chair as I was getting pedicure and pretty certain she was gossiping by the reaction of the person shexwas talking to and would whisper etc - this went on the entire time and was so unprofessional . my toenails are so sore they even have three cut marks and made me jump in pain on one toe - person apologized . then I have short nails so Cindy recommended clear which is simply one coat of nail strengthening polish . then she left no thank you nothing ! as I sat waiting I noticed four nails already had bubbles so I asked for them to fix it three people came to see examining my hands and then Cindy came started shouting at me was just the light nothing wrong - another employee apologized and fixed them .
