One lady was super sweet, the lady I got was very agitated. It was very Rushed through both my pedicure and manicure. . A week after my gel french manicure, I had 4 of my nail's polish chip off. They don't use OPI, which is what I am accustom to using, and have never had this happen using OPI. She put on two coats, which I've never experienced before this. I wanted her to push my cuticles back further then trim. She wouldn't do or or didn't understand what I was wanting due to language barrier. We were here for so long. My pedicure water was cold, they were not gentle, and digging into my toes. They did the first step of my nails and walked away. I didn't even get my nails done after it took 2 hours to finally gEt my toes done. They don't take MasterCard either I decided this morning my nails were HORRIBLE. I called Pro Nails in Idaho Falls, which is 30 minutes from where I live. They said be here at 2:30 and they could get my 3 friends and i right in. It's now 430 and my hands are JUST now being touched. The pedicure started with ice water. While my feet were in the hypothermia process, the screw like tool jabbed into my feet. My toes were a bloody mess like a dog in heat. After that finished I set with foil on my fingers, burning the skin I have left off the bone. After 45 minutes of them not speaking to me I ripped the foil off. She did my nails 2 and a half hours after arriving. I was here a total of 4 hours read more

Terrible experience. Polish is not covering the entire nail on the edges, just painted the gel over the rough areas. Tammy does a great job. I always ask for her. I've had some of the other girls do my nails before too, but Tammy is the best with acrylic. I recommend calling ahead to make an appointment. Walk ins are welcome but I've always had to wait for over an hour if I don't make an appointment first. read more

Had an appointment at 12:15, showed up at 12:10p, sat there until 12:45p. Then they started my "pedicure" took over an hour an 45 minutes, toes are bleeding (which they put hand sanitizer on after they started bleeding). Used old and pre used scrubs and pumice stones. The lady kept getting up and walking around, no massage, no hot towels, nothing. Absolutely worst experience I have ever had at a "salon"...I soaked my feet in antiseptic when i got home, let's hope I don't get an infection. read more

I've had my nails done here several times. When they've actually had barely enough staff to get me in they always do my nails in a hurry and file them unevenly. I keep going back to give them another chance especially because their location is convenient to me. But the last three times I've gone they yell at me from across the room and ask if I have a an appointment. I always say no because their sign says "walk-ins welcome" Today I pointed that out to the lady today and she said, "don't you see were busy!? Come back in an hour." So I left. Yes it was my fault because I didn't make an appointment and usually I don't mind waiting but I will not be treated that way and I will not be going back. There are plenty of other places you can try across town. Yes, there might be a wait but it it'll be in a pleasant environment. read more

The worst salon I have ever been to by far! I called ahead, making an appointment for a pedicure and new set of nails. My appointment was at 4:00 pm. I was on time but I didn't get acknowledged in the salon until 10 minutes after I arrived. It was another 20 minutes until they put me in a pedicure chair. They sat me at a chair that looked and felt dirty and grimy. It took them approximately another 30 minutes to come over and put water in the foot basin on the chair. In the mean time I was just sitting there. I noticed there was hair in the foot basin when she started to fill it. I said "Stop please, this needs to be cleaned." She rolled her eyes but cleaned it. However when filling the basin again, the water was cold. When I asked about it they said the water heater was broken. The woman who did the pedicure kept answering her phone and continued to talk on it not paying attention to what she was doing. Mind you she was the only one doing pedicures and all of the pedicure chairs were occupied. If I remember right, they had close to 5 chairs. When they finally started my nails, Tammy proceeded to fill the set I had on. I told her, no, please, I want a whole new set. It was a set I attempted to do myself, and it was extremely uneven and lifting. She then seemed to get angry and said "I do fill!" I said not on me, and not this time!" She said: "You not tell me." I said: "Yes, I did, several times, when I called and made the appointment, and once when I was acknowledged after coming in the door. Are you going to do what I want?" She then moved me to another chair and a different lady started to remove the set I had on. She was rough and after several times of me saying ouch she finally had them removed. I was again moved to another chair and Tammy started putting on a new set. She made comments about the length of the tips that I wanted was too long, and that she didn't like it. I told her: "It's a good thing then that it's your customer's nails and not yours." She didn't respond. Again, she did what the other worker did on my pedicure and answered her cell phone and proceeded to have a conversation or just played with it several times. Another worker came over to the table and proceeded to have a conversation with Tammy when she got off her cell. Tammy constantly stopped working on my nails and would chat with the other nail tech. When I went to pay I was informed they don't take MasterCard even though they had signs that clearly stated they accepted MasterCard. I had to go next door to Fred Meyer to get change. It was 8 pm when I finally left. Long review short: they are rude, negligent, unorganized, completely unprofessional, unsanitary, painful, and overpriced! I should of just walked out at the first sign of trouble. Heck, I should of walked out at the second, even third sign of trouble! read more

This place is a joke we had appointments for three people to have hands and feet done. Had to wait over an hour even with appointments. Then got told only time for one design on one toe and then did do any on hands said had others waiting so no time for that. They got us right into the chairs after we picked out our polish colors. We got basic pedis for our girls and the nicer ones for our old lady feet (ha ha). Everything was lovely. Not only did they cut my sisters nail to the point of bleeding twice but they were continuing to take people even though they had way too many to handle. Got a pedicure here. The woman who did my pedicure cut 2 of my toes along the edge of my nail. My massage chair was broken. They seemed under staffed because they kept switching between me and other clients in the middle of my pedicure. Due to the switching, I only got a minute rub on one of my legs. Was in town to drop my sister at college in Rexburg and we really wanted to get a pedicure and manicure together. We called so many places that only did pedicures at certain times, certain days or their pedicure chairs broke. It was getting to be ridiculous. Then, we called Pro Nails and they told us to come in and she had girls ready to give pedicures. We drove there in 5 minutes and walked in to a spacious nail salon that had minimal nail polish smell. The place was nice, big, and relaxing. Only one other customer showed up while we were there. The staff was courteous and very friendly. They talked with us and we had great conversation. Both ladies who did our nails were perfectionists and spent their time making our nails look fabulous. Great place. Prices were very reasonable compared to other places we called in the area. My friend and I came here for a pedicure. We came earlier in the day so they weren't busy. It was nice and relaxing at first. The staff are very friendly. Towards the end of the pedicure they started to get really busy and I felt like they rushed the end of our service. They were trying to get people in as fast as they could. I don't know how they perform when they are busy if they still take their time or rush services. My advice would be if you want a nice relaxing unrushed pedicure go first thing when they open. read more

Tammy is by far the best nail tech I have ever had work on my nails. She takes her time to make sure everything is perfect! I got the dip powder with a gel top and it feels like best I have ever felt. It is light weight and not one edge or corner missed. Highly recommend! WE wil never come here again. We had an appointment for three people at 2 pm and got here at 140 and was told your early so we sit down and finally got in at 3 pm. We were to have toes and fingers done on all three of us. When they got done with our toes they were to do a design of butterfly's on toes and were told they could only do on one toe and not on both feet. That there were people waiting and they didnt have time for that. Then had to fight to get hands done and was told there would not be any butterfly's done on hands as people were waiting and none were done. If i am paying and called in to get an appointment then they should have done what was asked of them. Still got charged full price for a half job. Wish I had read these reviews before stopping in. The nail tech scrubbed the skin OFF my heel and then had the nerve to charge me for a callous removal! My skin was perfectly fine before I went in. The place is very dirty and they placed the tools on the FLOOR between uses. The chemical smell is overwhelming. Waited a long, long time for service and then it was very rushed, and very rough service. And now I have an open sore on my heel. Do NOT go here. If I could give negative stars, I would. read more
