They…read morehired our trucks to do a job for them, subcontracted us out and we cannot even contact them to demand payment for what they owe us, they will not even answer our calls, texts, or emails. They make it impossible to get a hold of them. Them being, Josh Dopson, Andrew Miller and Michael Riccardi. The township for which the job was completed for informed us that JT Concrete also owes a large sum of money to the company that supplied the concrete. Check their references thoroughly before awarding this farce of a company any contracts and keep the holdback for an extended period for Subs. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Never pay JT CONCRETE in full. Hold back final 1/3 of quote til all work complete. They are…read morenotorious for claiming there are overages.even though they confirm quote multiple times. Overages can never be more then 10%.They wont cone back to clean, powerwash or do any warantee work. They left cement foot prints all over driveway,cement residue all over siding windows, grass are filled and now cracks a have appeared and wont complete job as discussed. Then Sent friend with home use powerwasher but he did more damage now they WONT answer any phone texts or emails. Do not don't pay cash. You want a payment record. You ll need it. They ll demand payment. Don't let them bully you. You re protected by Canadian consumer law to withhold 1/3 til all work is performed and completed to your satisfaction. Owners Josh dobman and Tyler fraser are very unprofessional. They wont stand behind work and so called warrantee.

I was away on vacation and returned to a flooded basement. FML…read more Upon investigation, it was discovered that my foundation was leaking and that apparently, Essex County has had 2 storm of the centuries within a couple of years of each other. I decided to have my basement waterproofed, install a sump pump and a back water valve. Having no clue or idea on how to either of them, I contacted a local plumber who recommended Paul to me. I contacted the company and a day later, Paul showed up to look at the foundation, determine the scope of the project and provide a quote. I contacted 2 other companies and although Paul wasn't the cheapest, I found him to be the most knowledgeable, forthright and honest. He looked all around the lower level of my house and recommended the entire lower lever be waterproofed, something I had already considered (as a family member only waterproofed 1 wall and the next year had to do another, then another the following year, etc. Paul could also install the sump pump and back water valve. I signed a contract and his team arrived bright and early (on the day discussed) and started the demolition of the concrete floor. They put up plastic barriers to minimize the dust coming into the upper level and were efficient and friendly. On day 2, they completed the job, which, by the way, was better than I had expected. Paul provides a 15 year, transferable warranty for peace of mind. I had to remove a tile floor in one of the rooms in the lower level and Paul dropped off a piece of equipment which made to job so much easier to complete. Not many companies would do that. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
