All my baseboards, toilets (2), windows, mirrors, etc were cleaned with three towels. I'm so disgusted and horrified. It seems like common sense to refresh the towels per task... like not clean the bathroom and then wipe the handrail. Last of all, she didn't bother to move the pillows on the chair in our reception room which had been turned into a pillow fort... moving 3 pillows into their proper place would have made the room look much better. All door frames & skirtings covered in dust, fingerprints in places, oven could have been better cleaned, left marks on hob. Extractor in kitchen not cleaned or replaced. When I called to complain I was screamed at by a man who was obviously extremely rude and tried to talk down at me like I'm an idiot, not to mention I am 9 months pregnant and do not need the stress. When we tried to talk to the cleaners they either pretended they couldn't speak English properly (or generally couldn't, who knows...) The only thing that seems to be good was the carpet clean, which was actually another two cleaners who were fine. When we spoke to him he said this sort of thing happens all the time... Spent hundreds of pounds on this, will have to pay out again to have another clean. Had my complaints ignored and have now reported them to trading standards.
