I organise for two cars to be transported from Adelaide to Brisbane. On booking I told the booking agent that I needed the car to arrive in Brisbane by Friday the 4th of September. The pick up date could be anytime that would have the cars in Brisbane by this date. The agent booked the car to be picked up on Friday 28th of August so it could supposedly arrive by the 4th of September. Car at this stage is still sitting in Adelaide. It took 3 days and 5 phone calls to get an answer of where the car is. Their customer service is disgusting once they have your money. We are yet to get a delivery date. No compensation as it's not their fault they have so many cars traveling just excuses and looking like the car is going to be at least 10 days late read more
