I recently purchased a fully stocked ~100-gallon saltwater aquarium for my office. Having zero experience with saltwater setups, I didn't feel comfortable handling the move on my own. I reached out to about 10 people on Facebook--most took days to respond, and those who did either weren't helpful or didn't have the patience to explain the process to someone new. Isaiah was a different story. He replied to my messages within minutes, gave me a fair estimate to move the tank about 30 miles, and scheduled the move a week in advance.
