Alright, I don't spend time writing reviews for things too often, but in this case, I HAVE to say how much I ABSOLUTELY LOVED and appreciated Pristine Entertainment for all their help and services at my wedding 6 days ago. 10/10 recommending to everyone I know. I found out about Pristine Entertainment through Facebook and saw that they had a photobooth as well as DJ services so I reached out and they were very prompt with responses and provided a quote right off the bat. (Any stressed out bride knows thats like heaven on earth). I arrived to my wedding venue in full-on bridezilla mode, my mind was in 1,000 places at once and when they saw me arrive, we said our hello's and they told me "Hey, don't you worry, we'll take care of everything, just go get ready, it's your wedding day and it's going to be great!" (REALLY helped relieve a lot of stress at the moment). From there, literally everything was perfect. They were so courteous and professional, they even made sure to announce and give honorable mention to my father who couldn't dance or walk me down the aisle due to his health. This meant a lot to me and my family as they made him feel included & apart of the wedding despite not being able to participate in traditions. (Makes me tear up) The music during the reception was AMAZING. The dance floor was so much freaking fun, HE literally KILLED it and even played spanish bangers for my in-laws from Argentina who went absolutely nuts on the dance floor (and I have the videos to prove it). They supplied everything, from lights, to music, to doing announcements, to assisting my family with decorations, just EVERYTHING. They just went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time on our special day and honestly my legs are still sore from dancing so hard. Also, I had hired a bartender who unfortunately hurt her back and had to cancel on me at the last minute. I was already borderline meltdown mode when the vendor owner reached out to me 2 days before the wedding to check-in and he just asked if I needed any help with anything else. Before I could even start crying or shed a tear, he immediately took the liberty to find me a bartender on the spot. I didn't even have to ask around or look anywhere, he literally took care of it all and made all the stress that much easier. Like I said, I normally dont take the time to leave reviews, but in this case I truly can't say enough good things about this vendor. My heart is so full and I appreciate their services so much that I wish I could get married all over again because it was so perfect. THANK YOU SO MUCH for EVERYTHING!!!!!!! Highly recommend this DJ! We had a great experience working with Jake, the owner, and with the DJ Drake at a wedding at Pickering Barn in Issaquah last weekend. Very professional and accommodating. They got input from the bride and groom on music and built from that. Jake came to the rehearsal himself to verify the details. Drake arrived early on the event day, and was set up early. The ceremony music and sound in the wedding itself were great. And the dance party during the reception!? WOW what a fun night, great sound and lights, and a fun photo booth! THIS COMPANY DID NOT SHOW UP FOR MY WEDDING If I could give them a lower rating, I would. Negative stars! I got married last night, and this company DID NOT SHOW UP! They sent all of my calls directly to voicemail, did not respond to emails, completely ghosted us! We had paid the deposit for a DJ, photo booth, and videographer, and none of them came, no one from the company contacted us, I seriously cannot believe this is a legitimate company. Pristine entertainment was a pleasure to work with for my event. The photobooth they provided was outstanding and the highlight of the night for my guests. Though my event was a dance party, I would absolutely hire this company for any wedding based on the professionalism displayed that night. Everyone had fun and now they can remember the night forever. The photo strip print outs were professional quality just like out of a real photo booth machine! The best part was that they answered all my questions leading up to the event, helped me design my photo strip, was on time and always friendly! 5/5 stars! read more

Pristine Entertainment did our wedding on 8/16/19. He exceeded all of my expectations! He was very helpful throughout the whole wedding and knew how to keep things moving along at the pace that was just right for our wedding. He also knew how to get people dancing and keep them dancing which was fun. One tip from me to potential customers of Pristine Entertainment is to make sure you get the photo booth as well. My friend had booked this company for their wedding on October 19th and they didn't show! They did not email her or contact her in any form to explain why which left us scrambling to put something together for her wedding. We had been calling and emailing days before the wedding with no response, not until AN HOUR before her wedding did they update their voicemail message stating that all events from Oct 12 to November were cancelled. If they were canceled since the 12th of October, why were their clients not informed in order for them to find alternative services? This is very unprofessional from a company who claims "to maintain ourselves as Central Washington's leader for wedding and event entertainment." The owner is incredibly unprofessional. I would never hire him. I met Jake (owner) at the Yakima Bridal show in January 2018. He seemed nice at first, and I wanted to schedule time to discuss my upcoming event. He did not call or email. He would only text, which is a strange way to run a business. He did not call when he said he would call to discuss potentially earning my business. He texted the next day to say his phone died. Really? There wasn't any other way for him to contact me? This seemed very childish. Then, he texted me days later, at 7 p.m., to ask if we could chat. This was two days after he said he would call. No thank you. I will not pay someone $1,000-$1,200 (his rate for DJ services at a wedding) and risk him not showing up. If he cannot even call a client back in a timely fashion, I have no confidence that he would show up to a wedding on time! I texted him back to let him know that I would not be hiring him. I decided to go with a highly reputable company, and they actually charge less than he does, and conducts themselves incredibly professionally. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO EVEN SHOW UP!!! My wedding was October 19th, 2019, and I had booked Pristine Entertainment to DJ at me wedding. Things started to take a turn when I reached out to them closer to my event (I had booked them months in advanced) so about two weeks before my wedding I emailed and asked how I would go about requesting special songs and mentioning a couple I would not want to hear. After emailing them they replied with "we didn't receive a deposit from you so that's why we hadn't sent you the email with the information to do that" and so I screenshoted where Venmo showed that I absolutely DID give them a deposit, and they sent me an email with the information to then make song requests. Before I had this info I had mentioned in email that I didn't want "I Loved Her First" and I don't want this song because of a personal, touchy subject, reason. They replied with "lol okay haha" very unprofessional. But I let it slide. Then, the week leading up to my wedding I started reaching out wanting to confirm one last time they were coming. Emailing, calling, texting, no replies all week. Finally the day of my wedding! I'm starting to worry, my wedding started at 4 and so I kept thinking "they'll just be here at three and everything will be fine." Me, my mom, and my maid of honor had been calling all day long getting the same answering machine. 45 minuets before my wedding, my maid of honor walks up to me with a new recording that they have been "closed" since October 12th and will be closed until November 1st, all events during that time were cancelled. Not once was I notified. Not once was I ever informed that they would not be there until 45 minuets before and only knew then because we had been calling them! If they had been closed since the 12th we would have heard that recording wayyyy before we did! Not to mentioned they should have reached out to us! No matter the circumstance they should have found someone to call everyone and tell them ahead of time that something had come up or whatever happened. I have not gotten any refund and I'm really afraid I will never see that money! Such an unprofessional, poorly put together company. Laughing at requests, losing information, and then NOT SHOWING UP! I've been researching and have found they didn't show up to MULTIPLE WEDDINGS and Ike's homecoming! And it sounds like this isn't the first time this has happened! DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY! A wedding is someone's once in a lifetime special day and they have no right to be ruining it for people!
