I was lucky enough to find James (JR Auto Detail) after having just returned from a 1800 mile road…read moretrip with 2 kids in the backseat. As a "car guy" unable to pay for a damaging automatic wash (wrapped car), and unwilling to overpay for a dove soap hand wash, I was looking for a mobile detail by someone that not only cares about the quality of the result, but also the quality of the products they use (to prevent later issues with the wrap/interior/etc). James was super responsive/timely/professional, and delivered a better than new car. It was so good that I asked him to do my wife's car and will have him back to do my classics also. From vacuuming and steam cleaning week old berries mashed into the carpet to pressure washing mud out of the wheel wells to conditioning door panels) everything was well handled. I didn't take photos because he stayed after it was dark to finish up. Take my review as a vote of confidence from someone that cares about dumb things like which soap you use on a car- James is a car enthusiast that happens to be mobile detailing, which is the only way to really get a perfect car back from a detail.

Had my Jetta Detailed by these guys. Called on a Wednesday, they returned the call Thursday and…read moresaid they would come to my work on Friday. Prices ranged from $25 for basic wash inside or out, or $100 for full detail (shampoo carpets + wax) inside and out, which is what I got. They called at 10:30am, I came downstairs and moved my car to a side street. They were done in about 2 hours. I have not ever had a car detailed before, but the price seemed pretty good. The work was ok, definitely not "like new" since I could find dirt spots. They didn't clean the trunk and there was ring-around-the-windows, but that's because I didn't leave them with the key. The wax was a good job, better then I could do. I have no idea what the products used were. Overall, it was cheap and convenient, I would use them again.
