Looked so good she put it on website for advertising. Pick the pullover up, first time I wear it the snap rips off the top. Husband takes back to store, she says they'll try to get me a new one or I can pick from what they have there. I don't like the colors so I wait. A MONTH goes by with no word. She posts the remaining pullovers on sale (bc they're the colors nobody wants) and I message asking about mine...her response? You can have one of the ones in store but monogramming is extra. Uh no thanks. I already told you I don't want those colors. How about a refund? She offered 1/2 price store credit! Not even full price! And she still has my damaged pullover!
