Manager Macia (mac-EE-a) refused to honour posted policy. Read attatched photo of posted with declaration of policy of "after 90 days" She refused to honour the receipts original price of product for exchange, issued a $1.99 credit. Not appropriate. After repeating "that's not our policy" over and over and smiling and walking away. We asked the cashier to call her back up so we could point out the posted return policy at the checkout....she came and said "that's company policy" (in the context of not honouring the receipt with merchendise) I was pointed to the customer service number coincidentally posted on the bottom of the debated return policy. The cashier was sweet and apologetic. The "manager Macia" (mac-EE-a) was a shameful example of retail customer service execution. Mind you this is about $10 debated that has now inspired me to take the time and energy to share a negative experience.
