Then one day I happened to answer the phone ( I'm not affixed to it) and it was Cadence Bank.. Wanting to know if I wrote a check for $1,050. to a Ms. Blank blank.. I said I had. What was the problem? None they answered, just wanted to confirm.. What??? I then asked her, what would have happened had I not answered the phone? She responded, she wouldn't have been able to cash the check.. What?? Omg!! I have never heard of such a thing.. I bank, so I can take care of business. I expect them to honor a check when I write one.. Keep in mind, the money is more than sufficient in my account and Ms. Blank blank had all identification.. The ridiculous part is, they knew her.. I was so embarrassed and dumbfounded... Needless to say, I opened a new account with Regions bank last week in Richland. Haven't received my debit card yet.. So I still have my account at Cadence for now. Today I'm looking over my online account and see a $2. unauthorized ATM fee.. Last week, I went gambling and withdrew $300. with a $4.50. fee.. Ok.. I agree.. But directly above it is "the" $2. unauthorized fee.. Cadence charged me an extra 2$. fee because it was out of network.. That was what the $4.50 fee was.. Junk accountants, they must be in politics also.. Cadence thinks we are all stupid and won't figure out the small fees they charge.. Good riddance! They are the stupid ones.. I'll take my hundred thousand to someone else. With no hidden fees and questioning checks I write..

They have presently claimed that I missed a mortgage 3 years ago and have destroyed my credit. This was also a lie in which my statement shows my principal payment of 0.17 cents; but not my regular payment. I am in the process of trying to find a lawyer and file another class action. They SUCK!!!!! CROOKS!!!!! RUN FROM REGIONS BANK!!!!! A MINUS -0- RATING IF I COULD!!! The branch MGR. showed me how she got that position. This is the branch where it all started. The branch manager didn't know what or why my money was taken and stated that she was going to call the central office in Bham., AL. Refused to refund my money.

It happens I am NOT DEAD but thanks to Theresa Robbins my bank has returned electronic deposits to anyone who sent one. That includes my social security check. NOW I've had to prove I am NOT dead (which I've done) and am stuck trying to find out WHO/WHERE my funds are in the electronic limbo. Social Security never requested it back, and has no knowledge of it being sent. My bank removed it from my account on 11/28/2018 and to date has no idea where/how or when I will get my money back. I have a "free" checking account and savings account with this bank. I have been with them since…read more2010 and I am soon switching to another bank because of all the terrible experiences I have had. First off, I started with a free account at 18. I wanted to use the account for an online store, but they refused to give me a debt card because apparently $300 to $500 in my account wasn't enough money for me to be issued a debt card. That was fine with me at first until three months later they said I still hadn't been with the bank long enough to have a debt card and I still couldn't use it for my online store. Long story short, I removed my money from the account that just sat there unused because I couldn't use it for its intend purpose from the start. I let the account sit for a few months and they then charged me an inactivity fee which was fine. I understand the fee after a few months of the account not being used, even though my paperwork I signed said nothing about an inactivity fee. They suddenly closed the account without notice after a few months and forced me to open a brand new one. I opened the new account and used it on and off so it wouldn't happen again. For some reason, when I opened the new account they gave me a debt card right away and said I should have never had to wait in the first place. I went on vacation last week and for some reason, because I hadn't used the account in a week they closed the account again. I had used it three times just the week before and I swear there was money in it, even though they claim otherwise. The bank was closed all weekend and I couldn't get any help via the support email either. They still haven't emailed me back after almost a week has passed. I went into the bank and put more money into the account to re-open it since my direct deposit pay check wasn't going to auto-re-open the account for me and therefore I wasn't going to get paid because of their mistake. I found out today I was charged a $2.00 service fee after going in and asking them to deposit money into the account. And I have to wait for them to replace my debt card which took me a entire year to finally get from them in the first place. All because I didn't use the account while on vacation. My online account never works for some reason. It is always going inactive randomly in ways that make no sense. Like I cannot use the online account for three months and it is fine, but I cannot log in for two days and my account goes inactive. I have to call them to get them to fix it every time even they claim there is a way to sign up and have it fixed via email. I have checked every page on my account and there is no way to do it. They also change their services all the time. They are always finding new ways to try to charge me money or make money off of me. I feel like my money isn't even safe in the bank because I can never get anyone who knows what they are doing to help me in a timely fashion. Every employee will tell you something different. I personally feel like I don't make enough money for them to care about my account or how I am treated.
