My experience with Priority Law Group (PLG) for my first car accident case was unfortunately poor. After being rear-ended with my wife as a passenger on November 11, 2024, we hired PLG through referral from my wife's best friend. My wife and I were then involved in a second, separate accident on March 3, 2025. This time, however, PLG's intake and customer service team failed to properly process the information and ultimately rejected the second case, leading us to hire a different firm. Comparing the two law firms handling our separate accidents highlighted PLG's shortcomings on our first case. We experienced a notable lack of consistent communication, updates on appointments, and difficulty arranging a car rental for repairs. A major concern was an issue with my auto insurance at the time of the first accident. This became a point of contention months into the case, yet PLG staff never clearly explained to me why my insurance status mattered, especially since we were the victims. The situation came to a head in December 2025, near the close of the first case. PLG informed us that while my wife would receive a favorable result, I would not, citing the insurance issue. They mentioned they were still trying to secure a better outcome for me. I was extremely upset by this news, especially after a difficult workday, and expressed my extreme dissatisfaction with their service before handing the phone to my wife. The next day, I called Attorney Sasan to apologize for my emotional reaction. He was understanding and provided constructive information about the potential for a favorable final result.They did get a favorable result, but I wish PLG had proactively explained the insurance issue and the relevant California law when it first arose, rather than at the conclusion of the case; I would have accepted the outcome with more understanding. The primary reason for this negative review is a severe breach of confidentiality and unprofessional conduct. Someone from PLG's office shared private case information, results and my actions with my wife's best friend. This has damaged their friendship to the point where the friend will no longer speak to my wife. Disclosing private information is unprofessional and unacceptable. While Attorney Sasan is clearly knowledgeable, the poor conduct of the customer service team left us with a profoundly negative impression. If anyone was to be upset with, it should have been me, not my wife. read more

Very difficult to get Sasan to contact me throughout the 3 years my case took. He lost and it took over 2 months for him to let me know, and that's only after I contacted him first. He made me stop going to physical therapy saying it wasn't working, but the reason he lost the case is that I didn't have enough treatment sessions. I had an accident case that I hired this attorney ( SASAN OKHOVAT) to handle my court, medical and insurance work. I will never recommend this lawyer to my friends and family. The first characteristic of a relationship between a lawyer and a client is trust. I never got to meet him, because he told me that since the start of Covid-19, I do things at home and remotely and never meet anyone because I got Corona disease six times. But the person who suggested him to me, that he met him at his office last year . He said that he has not come to his office for several years, but he rents an office every year. for what? In my case, he calculated his attorney's fee at 45% and left me with all the problems for my car and bodily injuries, and said that we no longer have anything to do with each other, and if you have any problems, call the office. He failed to collect the full cost of my rental car from the insurance while my car was in the garage. He could not take my income from insurance when I was at home after the accident and had no income. He couldn't even get my car depreciated from the insurance because my car was new and I had an accident three months after I bought it. He was only thinking about closing the case as soon as possible and taking his money.
