Kudos to PrintOclock on-line (here under called PrintO') . From Berkeley, California, I ordered a number of items for an AI show in Paris, including postcards glossy (standard French postcard size in cm10x16 and inches 4x6) , a large rigid panel printed on Aluminium dibond ( in cm 100x100 and inches 39x39) and larger vinyl banners ( in cm 122x122, inches 48x48). I placed the order 10 days before my arrival in Paris, trusting the planned delivery days by PrintO'. I had a 5-days windows between the planned delivery and the show. I received all items on or shortly after the planned delivery days:, dibond +3 days, vinyl +2 days and postcard on time. It was very easy to follow the status of the orders through PrintO' web site. I got nervous when I saw that the dibond order was delayed (because of shipping overload?) but PrintO' call center (I got a human person at once! Twice!) offered to reprint 'retirage' the order. This re-order was finally cancelled because of rushed delivery. Keep in mind that you can ask PrintO' for the parcel number to trace delivery through their shipper DPD web site. I suggest that you use the Cell tracking option when ordering: I could not do it because I did not at the time have a French cell number. The items received are very well done, and extremely well packaged, padded with fully recyclable French bread looking paper buffers all around ; the postcards came in an oversized double-cardboard box; the dibond came in a study double thickness box (Exapaq 47) that took some abuse (footprints on the outside) but protected the panel; the vinyls came rolled in a very strong 50" two parts (fitting into each other) cardboard box. Note that PrintO' time-to-delivery and prices were VERY competitive with other printers or Vistaprint, especially when you consider the free shipping. In summary, I highly recommend this online printer. Kudos to PrintO' and good luck with your venture. read more
