Have tried to sort out the issue with there customer service but was advised to get a replacement item I would need to freight it back the $30.00 item to Victoria, initial cost of freight was $20.00 . Last email received - Hey ****, That's all well and good. Send the unit back and we can sort it out. Don't send it back and we can't sort it. Poor attitude wilt never use again !

So it was a while (over a year) before we needed them, when we opened the boxes, the protective wrap was opened put them in the printer to find they were empty. Contacted Megebuy, have to write an e-mail as you can't talk direct to the complaints team. they just hide behind all sorts of policy, some I'm sure are illegal (must advise them within 14 days, hard form them to do anything from 2 -4 weeks), also you signed to say received them in good order! Who makes a couriers wait while they check everything. Over $200 gone and no sign of even a little help.

Given our requirements there was ample opportunity for something to go wrong along the way and I would not have been surprised at all if it did. I am very very happy to report that it was the most seamless move I have ever had (and I have moved a lot,interstate, internationally and around the block). The team were so courteous, professional and at all times all over the details. Everyone we dealt with from the lovely girls in the main office, the staff at the storage facility in Melbourne and the drivers at both ends were fantastic and a credit to their employers. I suggest parking in the loading bay just around the corner (first street on the left after the post, across from the comic shop) but only if your gonna be reasonably quick which is dependant on what time your popping in, lunchtime and closing is always super busy as theres only two staff at this one, but great customer service, they are always friendly!
