I am a large customer but my latest orders are a disappointment.
I've used Print24 for many years and the service, prices and quality is generally good.
However, it's happened previously that an order was delivered VERY short and it was such a fight with the after-sales service to get the remainder of the order we placed delivered. This week it's happened again:
An order of flyers has been delivered over 10% short. This was immediately reported to Print24 support yet 8 days on and I have no response. The product is a Christmas product and I explained the urgency of a prompt decision but staff have repeatedly failed to call me back when promised. Today I was told it's a bank holiday in Germany so the phone call I was ASSURED would happen will now not happen.
All I want is the printing I paid for delivered to me, but right now I'm getting nowhere with their support.
It's such a shame the after sales lets this company down. I cannot recommend, sorry.
UPDATE
After 15 days and a silly offer of a £10 credit on my next order which I declined, Print24 gave a refund to my bank for the missing amount. It would have been better if they did this without chasing and much quicker... It took a lot of my time and left a bad taste. read more
