The saying "1 & done" applies. Placed our order on-line in the morning for a 4pm same day pickup. Received confirmation of order. At 4:02 arrived & was told large pepperoni pizza was not made yet & would be about a 15 minute wait. Absolutely NO excuse for this-they were not busy & they had all day to plan accordingly. They only put 1 pizza thru the oven belt at a time--are you kidding me. The other 2 items (small pizza & onion rings were sitting there ready). Onion rings because they were wrappe.d up & sitting were slightly soggy when I got them home. The small pizza should have been baked longer & I had to put it in the oven. Love the sauce & taste of the food but will not be going back to the Primoz Pizza in Euclid. Might consider a different location but not sure. Will not recommend this location read more

XL BYO Pizza: I used marinara as my base and deepdish for my crust and added these 'whole toppings' to be on the entire pizza: beef bacon, artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, vegan cheese. It upcharge for the toppings, FYI. Easy to order to your liking online. Pizza Rating: 10/10, Best pizza I've been able to find with vegan cheese. I loved that I was able to add beef bacon. The vegan cheese melt like dairy cheese with the same consistency as dairy cheese. Placed a phone order to go and everything was seamless! The staff was super efficient and friendly, and my order was ready when I arrived. The spot has no seating, just takeout order but is clean and there's standing room for waiting (was raining outside). The food was good, I had 2 orders of wings and one was short 2 wings while the other had 3 extra wings, so it balanced out-- but if you order only 1 order, who knows if you'll get extra or less than you asked for. I recently ordered dinner for delivery, lured by their claim of "award-winning sauce." I was eager to see what made it so special, but what arrived was a letdown. The sauce was bland and flavorless, with no hint of the bold, standout taste I'd expected from something supposedly award-worthy. It was more like a watered-down tomato smear that did nothing to elevate the pizza. To make matters worse, they forgot my drink. I'd added a soda to the order, but it was nowhere to be found when the delivery arrived. The pizza itself was forgettable, and without that promised killer sauce or even my drink to sip on, the whole thing was a bust. I won't be ordering from them again anytime soon. Ordered pick up. We got two large two topping pizzas, 15 wings, a salad and a 2 liter for $39.99. The lady taking our order was nice and patient. I think I was having intermittent service. The pizza had entirely too much sauce. The toppings fell off because it was too wet. The crust was also soggy. The toppings seemed to be of good quality though. We had chicken, sausage, pepperoni, and banana peppers (1/2 of each). The wings were quite small but cooked well. The 2 stars off is because the pizza was basically inedible after 10 minutes because it was too soggy. read more

Had to call DoorDash to get transferred four times over 30 minutes for DoorDash to call Primoz to do what I was asking them to do in the first place. A second pizza will allegedly arrive in nearly an hour. When did ordering a pizza become a Kafka short story? Save yourself the trouble, order Gioninos. UPDATE: 1 hour later: Someone? cancelled the order and second pizza is now somewhere out there according to DoorDash, Primoz won't answer the phone and when they do the line is corrupted so you can't hear what they're saying. Literally would give zero stars if I could. I ordered from Primoz via telephone because I have a nut allergy and wanted to speak to someone to be sure that the Vegan pizza that I picked would not cause an allergic reaction for me. I know that a lot of vegan cheeses use nuts and I wanted to be sure because the website and delivery apps had no clarifications on the Vegan pizza page. I spoke to an employee who assured me that the Vegan Tremonster had no nuts. After picking the pizza up and eating one slice, I began to have an allergic reaction and thankfully had my medication available. I reached out to Primoz Pizza via email, telling them about the experience and was told that it was listed somewhere on their menu that there were nuts in the basil pesto and not offering so much as an apology, though the team member assured me there were no nuts on the pizza, in addition to the Vegan Tremonster listing that it has a basil SAUCE versus their basil pesto (and also not indicating anything about nuts on the entire page). The cauliflower wings also left much to be desired. They lack customer service skills, clarity and consistency throughout their menu, and empathy, and I will not be visiting the establishment again. First, let me say the taste of the pizzas I ordered was delicious. However, Primoz Pizza in University Heights is a RIP OFF!! This is why: 1. They charge three percent (3%) of the cost of the order if paid by credit/debit card. This is regardless of the cost of the order (my total bill, including the 3% fee was $61.01). And, this is in the post-COVID-19 pandemic era when the majority of retailers and restaurants have gone cashless. All reputable businesses that I have ever purchased from don't charge a fee if the order is more than some small amount, for example $10 or $20. My order was $59.23 before the fee! 2. I ordered two extra large (XL) Signature pizzas that were the size of most pizza shop's large pizzas. The XL pizza is stated to have twelve (12) slices. My XL. pizzas, which were the size of large pizzas, had 12 slices half the size of any slice of pizza I have ever purchased anywhere. I would like to provide a photo here, but that capability doesn't seem available. 3. I added an additional topping (spinach) to one of my Signature pizzas at an additional cost of $3.25. The spinach was barely evident either in taste or visibly. 4. The XL Vegan Tremonder looked nothing like the picture in the color menu. Instead, it looked like a large size white pizza with mushrooms. I am very disappointed with Primoz Pizza in University Heights which is a ripoff in terms of cost versus quantity and quality of toppings, but I may consider trying one of the other locations. And, I'll have to pay with cash in a post-COVID-19 era where most other businesses are encouraging cashless payment! read more

But unfortunately, their deep dish is not deep dish. I used to live in Chicago, and I know deep dish. Very bready crust, puffy, like you get at Jet. It wasn't bad, just not deep dish.
