After 7 years of owning our car we have decided to sell it in order to upgrade to a new EV. We've done a deep clean on our own with this car a few times while owning, but thanks to having two large dogs and being outdoorsy types, our car was full of sand, dirt, and loads of dog hair. The guys worked in my garage and did an exterior-only detail. My car is black and hadn't been detailed in a long while. There are still some light scratches on thwhich I didn't see until later. But overall, a very good job for the price. I do have shops to compare them to. They were able to come earlier than I'd planned. They worked quickly and I was surprised it only took 2 hours. I've had details that took 5 hours for a full exterior and interior. I would hire them again though, and just ask to take extra time in clay bar and polish. I would urge caution with this company and read their website very carefully. I booked a basic wash online, the individual who showed up to do the work was basically non-communicative. Asked me if I wanted deep cleaning of seats and carpets, and I said no, just basic, and indicated the car was nearly new. He was here less than 90 minutes and I received a bill for $260. I've since discovered they also broke my garden hose, which I will now have to replace. Once they company was in touch about my complaint, they did in fact reduce the bill, but insisted that the mistake was mine. read more
