I've been going here for years and it seem recently it has been getting worse. It's hit or miss…read morehow long it takes to see the doctor and it's nearly impossible to see one in an emergency situation. The nurses can be cold sometimes. I did get a chance to speak to the office manager once and she offered sincere apologies but that doesn't change the way they practice. Doctors are nice enough but they have very little time and it reflects in their appointments.
