The time that I went in yesterday early afternoon they were super busy. I waited for 45 minutes and I couldn't wait any longer so I have to leave I asked Alex if she would make me an appointment for tomorrow morning which is this morning and she she did. I showed up this morning she called me by name she knew what I was there for and she was friendly. Those little things go a long way. She has outstanding customer service skills and she knows how to talk to people and how to treat people. Del Norte credit Union has a gem in Alex.

I WANT YOU TO KNOW I HATE YOU. i hate every single person that works for you and i wish nothing but the worst for this company and its employees. You allowed fraud on my account you refused to help me and then when i couldn't pay my loan you altered it to be a charge off which i started to PAY ON EVERY MONTH then your foolish employees reported i had two of the same charge offs and now i am homeless due to not qualifying for a housing loan.
