Hi All, Just wanted to share an excellent experience we had yesterday. At the last minute decided…read moreto visit Baltic Greenhouse Nursery we arrived at 5:15 pm and met the "VERY" knowledgable and helpful owner. We envisioned having to visit many nurseries to end up with all we needed, by 6pm we walked out with 3 types of ground coverings, lavendar plants, 2 types of ornamental grasses, in the end over 20 beautiful healthy plants and in comparison to other "popular" places the prices were extremely reasonable and fair. Don't let the curb side size of the place deter you, it is HUGE once inside and they seem to be way ahead of the competition when it comes to variety. ENJOY, we sure did! So very happy to have found this gem. https://www.facebook.com/Baltic-Greenhouse-Nursery-102035155698433

We were tired of the resin products that only lasted a couple of years and always stopped working. We got the stone pillars pictures after he showed us some in his displays on the wonderful property where AWG is located. So many beautiful fountains plus a large selection of Koi and water plants. He enticed us further by showing us a fire feature that was and option with the fountain we got. We did the install on our own and he was incredible with walking us through it step by step. He was there when we had small or big questions and was so friendly. He takes the time to leave his customers satisfied and happy which is the hallmark of a great businessman. If you're looking for a place to visit to see the splendor he has set up or to get a fountain I cannot say enough about this place and it's owner.

After five hours, no phone call or email was received, so I attempted to call the vendor (phone OUT OF SERVICE) and send an email (no response). I was concerned, having just forked over $200 to a business that I could not get in touch with, so I contacted Bloom Nation, who ALSO tried to get in touch with the vendor, to no avail. Finally a message was sent to me that the flowers were delivered, but no photo of the actual flowers was included, just the photo from the website. I had to call the funeral home and ask for THEM to confirm that the flowers were delivered. I still don't know what the flowers even looked like. Just a very unpleasant experience; I would NEVER use this florist again.

I had to remind the company to come for the second treatment and they said they were a little behind and they would put a rush on our service (even though it was late). I paid over $1000 but was refunded $364 even though I only received two out of five lawn treatments. I used them because I was attracted to the no chemical approach but they aren't reliable enough to invest in. Emily
