I have been doing a Monthly treatment of one Gallon of bleach. To inhibit tree roots . And 60 days ago I did the expanding foam. Due again in March @ 120 days. But I have to know now if I am on the right track. Otherwise I have to save $ , to have my line sleeved to seal it. $6 k. More or less Warranty for 50 years. Beyond my lifetime. We ll see. I ll know next week for a C note. Worth it ! Update: My treatment plan did not keep out the roots. Maybe inhibit. Two spots had 50 pct Closure Rest 20 pct. ten spots altogether.
