I have been a loyal customer of Chef Matt's weekly meal prep service since February 2018 and…read morehaven't had any major problems. He recently merged with another food service partner to become Chefit, and I have already had two major food/health safety issues in my first order. 1. I have a moderate shellfish allergy and clearly disclosed it when I started the service. After taking a few bites of my meal today, my tongue started tingling and swelling. I dug around and found a whole, large, tail-on piece of shrimp under the noodles. I had to leave work early to go home to take medicine and tend to my physical needs. 2. I leave an ice chest with ice packs out for the delivery person to put the weekly meals in, but whoever delivered it left the lid open several inches and I had to throw out the top meal because it had warmed up to outdoor temperature after being exposed for a few hours. I messaged Chef Matt about these issues. He did apologize, but instead of rectifying the situation, he said I should find a different meal service. I told him I was disappointed with his response especially since I'd been a loyal weekly customer for so many years, and then I cancelled all future orders. I appreciate the apology, but this wasn't a simple mixup- these are two major food safety/health infractions, and the only solution I was given was being told to leave.

He got his first order today and has tried only 1 of 14 that I ordered for him. I've already received 3-4 excited calls from him about how it's hands down the best meal he's ever had at home and that the chef is very talented. And how happy and pleased he is and that he can't wait to try the rest. So far he really liked the steak with green beans/potatoes. Thank you for delivering a healthier option for my dad and giving me peace of mind. Staff has been helpful and quick to answer all my questions. Thanks so much! Highly recommend.

I had a quick errand to do, but wanted to make sure I was able to select ALL my meals, in the event any of my favs were out of stock. Izzy and Ryan held my meals in the frig, until I came back in a couple hours to pick them up. I really appreciated that because in this Vegas heat, my meals definitely would have went bad had I brought them w/me on my errands. Also, I love how FF always changes it up! The variety of meals and snacks keep me coming back, weekly, especially since I work long, double-shifts. FF absolutely makes my life so much easier!!! TYSM FF crew on Windmill!!!

Foodie fit offers a variety of food and it seems like they change out their menu often. I'd rather go here than buy a nasty lean cuisine for the same price at the grocery store. It's usually not crazy busy and the people that work there seem kind. The place looks very clean and they are always stocked with varieties of food. I love that they put "staff pick" or like they'll put the staff member's face and name next their fave meal. It's very personable and I really appreciate that! Will definitely be a repeat customer.

My friend is celebrating her birthday in Vegas. Like others she has had a rough year. I contacted…read morethis business because I wanted to surprise her. I loved the ease of the transaction. Once I initiated contact through Yelp, I was sent a text message. I explained that I wanted 10 balloons in different variations of pink(particularly hot pink since that is her favorite color) and six pink cupcakes (photos attached). I also specifically said that I wanted the items delivered at 6:30 PM. We agreed, and I was quoted delivery, gratuity ($50), and $52 for the cupcakes and balloons, for a total of $102. I actually don't have a problem with the delivery or gratuity charge. I'm paying for convenience and execution--and those charges were transparent. Execution is where the process fell short. (1) The delivery person called my friend at 11AM. Huh? That wasn't part of the plan and ruined the surprise element. That's not why I shared her number. (2) The items were left on the doorstep at 4 PM; we agreed to 6:30 PM?!! (3) I was never sent a confirmation. (4) I finally had to (tackily) ask my friend if she received the items and asked if she would send me photos (because now I was suspicious). The cupcakes are cute, but do not look like they could've cost $3.67 each ($22 total). The balloons did not have hot pink at all, and I'm pretty sure they came from the dollar store, so $11 with tax, not $30. I would've still paid the delivery and gratuity, just don't upcharge me. I was working from trust, and I'm deeply disappointed. If/when you use this service, either make sure you know exactly how much your item costs or ask for an itemized receipt before you use this service. I was hoping to lean on their familiarity with the area--you shouldn't. Additionally, just know that you won't get a confirmation of delivery of your items and the items may not be delivered as agreed. ****UPDATE**** Please see the owner's response below. I appreciate the detailed response (albeit after my review, otherwise, I would not have known anyone of this from the business) and only wish all of this would have been communicated to me (prior and during)--the change in delivery time, the itemized cost, including where the items were purchased from. Had I received any of the info written in the owner's response I wouldn't have been surprised, and would've known what I paid for. Instead, I got that info from my friend, the recipient. I even waited two days after before writing my review. No confirmation. You can see in my initial review that I NEVER say, "don't do business with this company," only to verify the aforementioned. I'll reiterate the ease of the transaction was great; the process would've been improved with providing the now listed details below (including where the the items came from and cost, and change of delivery time). An actual receipt for the items I paid for, but trusted the business to purchase would've been even better. This wouldn't be necessary if I knew where I was buying from and the cost prior. Calling so the receiver is not alarmed makes sense, but I still don't understand renegotiating the time I originally set; still it's a small detail and if it worked for everyone, great! I have updated my rating.

I've used them for regular meal prep, bulk meat and veggies, and for individual catering. I planned a team building event during COVID-19 quarantine on Cinco de Mayo for 18 people and needed taco kits delivered to 18 locations by a certain time. Not only did everyone get plenty of yummy food to share with their families, but the delivery drivers were happy and a joy to see. Plus the kits were above and beyond what we requested. They came in adorable taco bags, had customized cards for our team event, and everyone got a mini bottle of alcohol with their deliveries as a surprise. We were WOWED. I will always look to these guys for anything I need. I love supporting a dream and seeing them do well. Give them a try, the food is amazing and you won't be disappointed.

S2TC is great!  I am…read morenot what you would call a "healthy" person, I am more of what you would call a "lazy" person, and above all I am an almost pathologically picky eater. This service is so good that it feels like it's a set-up by my parents trying to get me to eat like a damned adult for once in my sad life. S2TC offers a surprising variety of options for a business their size. I like that I can tailor my choices to suit my insane pickiness. If you, unlike me, are a real human adult who left to their own devices wouldn't just eat a can of whipped cream for dinner, you will probably love that their menu suits so many tastes and diets. They have vegetarian options as well as options for a bunch of other diets that I don't fully understand and only know about because all of the other women I work with (also S2TC customers by the way), never shut up about what they ate for like every meal ever. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I love that you can buy items (like sides, proteins, etc.) individually and by weight.  I love that they deliver.  I love that they have everything from breakfast, to fancier stuff like steak and shrimp.  I love that the meals aren't frozen because they taste way better and I never have to worry that about forgetting to thaw things because you know I suck at that too.  I love that they are nutritionists because god knows I sure don't know anything about that pyramid on the back of all those cereal boxes. I love that the owners are about the sweetest damned married couple you could ever meet (they seriously look like a picture that comes with the frame). They are awesome, responsive, accommodating food wizards and hard working bosses who totally don't give me bad self esteem at all. Pro-tip: if you see the Cajun air-fried turkey on the menu, just do yourself a favor and buy all of it, it's life changing. Overall, I cant recommend this business enough. The service is great, like really good. I want to say it's perfect, but the truth is, I'm still a little bitter that the Chef/Owner keeps refusing to give me his couscous recipe even though he knows damned well that I'm too lazy to ever cook it. To end an already too long review, I'll just say this: If you like food that is tasty, healthy, easy, and comes with delivery and all around great service, you should try S2TC....And don't forget the couscous
