12 year customer with progressive, thru Prey. Had questions with why my bill went up this year, left numerous calls and emails. Never got any response back. Took it upon myself 2 weeks later to call Progressive themselves and got the help I needed from them. You're just a number to this company. Don't expect anything more. read more

From the Business

Specialties

We are an established agency selling, auto, home, umbrella, renters, motorcycle, ATV, boat, life, health, farm owners, and business owners insurance.

History

Established in 1997.

Our business started in the kitchen of my grandfathers house. Donald Prey was an agent for many years and when he passed away my father (David) took over and expanded the agency from one company to over a dozen companies. In 2015, I purchased the business.

Meet the Business Owner: Mike P.

It feels like I have been in the insurance industry my whole life. I started by riding along with Dave to take pictures and measure buildings of potential and existing clients when I was 10 years old. This evolved into a summer job while in high school and later becoming a licensed agent while still in college.

I have a 10 year old chronic pain condition that has been a living nightmare for me to deal with. It's been a long road, a long battle and my records show this. This amazing doctor still took me on as a patient to help me despite the outside crap which had played a huge part in this journey to be able to 'maintain' my condition.
