Jay shows up promptly and was just about the nicest person you can imagine and proceeds to spend the next 6 hours 35+ feet up on the roof clearing the ice dams. Horrible Customer Service!!!…read more I have never left a review of a business before but felt it was necessary due to the horrible way we have been treated by Ethos Landscaping Co in Vail and particularly one of the owners, Dave Probst. They were more than happy the last 3 years to bill us over $50,000 for trees, bushes, boulders, etc.. But how about service after the sale??? One of the 3 evergreens they planted has never done very well and because I had a warranty on it, Dave assured me he would replace it the next growing season and then he said that he was going to watch it and now I've called and texted him repeatedly and he's ignoring me! I've called the office numerous times and talked to the receptionist Colleen (who was very nice) and she keeps telling me that she's giving him my messages and has no clue why he won't call me back. This has been going on over 3 months and I am fed up with his total lack of taking care of customers like me! I paid promptly and have bent over backwards to be nice and now I'm thoroughly disappointed in the company!
