This is an amazing place with curbside nail trimming. They come right to your car, help You get your pet out and trim The nails right there. It's much less stress on the dog and so convenient. Now let me just say that I really enjoyed my first experience here however after the phone call that I had with one of the employees today regarding an unexpected charge on my credit card I will never be back. I do not care how much it was for or that it was such a small amount, The point is when I signed a credit card slip and add on a tip to make it an even amount you cannot then change the amount and charge me a different amount, without me knowing or agreeing!!! Which is what they did! Then she proceeded to laugh at me over the phone and claims "nobody ever complains about this" and that "it's such a small amount so it's not a big deal.." I think this is the most horrible business practice. Are you kidding me?! As someone who had never even been there before I will definitely not be going back! You should be ashamed. Bad business practices.... again it's not even about the money. It's about the point behind it. And the way that I was treated about it. read more
