Unfortunately, I had to sell my deceased mother's home. Adriana gave me advice on how to prepare the home to sell and gave me an overview of the whole process prior to my even signing a contract with her. She paid for the photos of the property and diligently marketed the property. I was on a deadline with the lender, and the home was sold within 10 days at a higher amount than I had hoped for. We were able to close escrow quickly, and the whole process was as painless as possible considering the circumstances. This would not have been possible without the knowledge and ability of such a seasoned realtor as Adriana Cueva. I would highly recommend her, and I intend to use her services for all my realty needs.

We initially had no idea where we wanted to buy, we were new to the Sacramento and had been living in South Land Park. We had a budget and I wanted to buy based on school districts. Cinderella schedules days in different areas to show me what was out there (Elk Grove, Fair Oaks, Orangevale, Folsom, etc). She was patient with me and it really helped us narrow down the perfect area for our family. Our situation worked out perfectly, we found a home we thought we loved, we put in an offer but didn't get it. Then that night I saw a house I loved even more that had just popped up on the market earlier that day. Cinderella took me to see it the very next day. She found out the sellers where reviewing offers that night and she quickly helped us put in an offer. Our offer was accepted!! We now live in our dream home and it's all because of her! I couldn't recommend Cinderella enough. She answered my questions quickly and held our hands ever step of the way. She was honest with me and helped guide me in a good direction. I cannot say enough about Jessica Dunn and Masumi Purdy, and Kim Whittaker! These ladies helped me…read moreimmensely with my property in Vacaville. The house was an inheritance, and needed to be put on the market "as is." They were diligent in helping me get the exterior tidied up - finding a gardener, handyman, electrician and teens to do front yard poop patrol! (gotta keep the neighborhood happy!) Literally two days before it was to go on the market, a pipe burst in the kitchen. I live out of state, and I did not have any idea who to call, and I left everything up to them. That evening they got ServPro out to suck up the water and to dry everything out. Insurance became involved, and a contractor was recommended. Suffice it to say that the contractor was less than stellar. Too many delays, etc. However, Jessica and Masumi would drop by periodically to be my eyes and ears and give me a report on how the construction was coming. When they couldn't get there, Kim went by to check things out. These ladies stood strong, even calling the contractor a few times on my behalf when I was out of the country. It took over 6 months from the original date that the house was to go on the market to actually be ready to go. Jessica and Masumi very easily (and I would not have blamed them) could have told me to call back when it was ready, or told tell me to get another realtor. But no! They stuck right with me through thick and thin! In the end, I received a very fair price for my house. I highly recommend Dunn, Purdy & Co, along with Keller Williams to represent you in your real estate needs, buying or selling.

Despite this being my first home purchase, both explained the buying process to me clearly and kept me updated with any progress. We looked for homes, put in a few offers, and closed escrow in about 2 months. While I primarily worked with Masumi, Jessica did come along to visit a few homes and her candor and humor were greatly appreciated. Thank you, Jessica, for not letting me put an offer on that "pig in lipstick" - haha! And Masumi - I can't say enough nice things about her - but she is vibrant, attentive, and tenacious. She was very open to my requirements (my vintage style is not the norm) and found several gems within my very limited budget. I also really appreciated that even though Dunn Purdy is based in Vacaville, Masumi came out to Sacramento several times a week to show me new properties as they came on the market (and anyone looking to buy in Sacramento knows how fast cheap homes are flying off the market these days). I couldn't have wished for a more perfect buying experience. Thank you Dunn Purdy - I adore my home!!

She assumed how much we owe on the home and said we wouldn't make any money (which isn't the case, but even if it were, that is the sellers decision). Her tone is dismissive and arrogant. After interviewing multiple realtors, we decided to go with Julie Burks. Some of the realtors we interviewed spent most their interview time talking about themselves and their accomplishments. By contrast, Julie spent her time detailing what she would do for us should we choose her. We told her that this was a big step for us and that we would probably need some hand holding at times to get us through the process. Julie kept us informed every step of the way. She did exactly what she said she would do. If she said the "FOR SALE" sign would be placed in our yard on a certain day, it was there. If we scheduled a call, the phone would ring right on time. Equally important was that my wife and I trusted Julie and her opinions and believe me, we asked her opinion on a multitude of topics. The house sold in two weeks and now that we live in another state, we still have no doubt that we made the right decision by selecting Julie Burks as our realtor.
