Owen helped us through the entire process and went into details that no other company did and really educated me on things I would have never otherwise known, which made it really easy to choose him and his crew for the job. The work was completed in a timely manner and the installation crew was punctual, cleaned up after themselves and did a beautiful job! And the best part of it all...because of the level of knowledge and professionalism, I truly expected a higher price than the rest... but I actually got the best deal by going with Fidelity Solar Energy!! Chris showed up on time (and drove quite a distance) to look at my project. He went up in the attic to check things out without me asking him to. All was fine up there. He and his crew took care of the ceiling issue i was having quickly and at a reasonable price. Sure they are professional, and you feel good about going solar but you will not make money on the deal. In Maryland it was a no brainer with incentives and credits. Here you will stuck with an expensive Loan plus FPS lobbied and won to make you pay a set fee. If you are going to shell out for a battery... and go independent.. maybe .. maybe but otherwise just say no. Don't be fooled. It's not really FPS's fault... but they make you feel you are getting a great deal, you aren't, you will almost for certain lose much more then you expect for the entirety of your loan. It is a Florida state issue. But unless you can change the states laws to support greener energy, you will lose a lot of money. But fpl does have a decent deal on buying credits within their own ground solar (interesting right...) currently though looks the best chance of saving any money.

When I bought the panels, the sales guy and Austin specifically told me I could have the panels removed and reinstalled one time at no charge if needed. Now that I'm trying to do exactly that, they are REFUSING to honor their promise and want to charge me $15,000! This company is dishonest, and they are clearly only interested in making money, not in standing behind their product or promises. It has been one issue after another, and I deeply regret ever going with PES Solar. I have since spoken with numerous other customers who have had the exact same problems--leaks, broken promises, and outrageous costs to fix their mistakes. I've also learned that PES Solar has multiple lawsuits against them for similar issues. If you value your home and your money, STAY AWAY from this company. I wish I had done more research before going with them because this has been a costly and frustrating experience. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your solar needs!

One big solar company (they advertise all the time) even gave up trying to put a solar system on my home after several months of back and forth. I'm really happy they did, because the system I got from Mission cost about $8000 less than the ground mount system they were trying to install (they told me a system would not fit on my roof). My system also produces more power! I could not be happier with my solar system, and would highly recommend to anyone in the LA area.

Owen was the person who came to consult us and she was beyond professional, friendly and a straight shooter. He gave us facts and we never like we were being "sold" on anything. I would 100% recommend them to anyone interested in solar. They give you facts and answer all your questions throughout the whole process, even after leaving our house our consultant Owen was only a text away. Anytime someone has came to our house from Fidelity they are polite and professional.
