When I brought the price discrepancy to my stylist's, Randi, attention, she simply told me her rates. I contacted the manager, Kriten, who said it wasn't her job to tell me there was a price difference. I left a message on Randi's phone requesting her to honor the original price due to the quality of service and inadequate communication. She never returned my call but did refund the price difference. However, she kept the original tip percentage without reaching out - which I found presumptuous and unprofessional.
