It was really hard to get her nailed down on a specific price for this car and once I finally did get one from her I got her the money. About a week and a half later I was called and told that the car was there and ready for pick up. I told them I'd be by the next day to pick it up (it was 4:30 p.m. when I got the call and wouldn't have been able to get there before they closed). I was told (before purchasing) that the car started and moved. It did neither when I went to go pick it up. Someone had left the lights on, so the battery had died. Guess who had to shell out the money to get that fixed? Me. The day that I was supposed to go pick the car up I got another call from the owner saying that I would have to wait because (and these are her words, not mine) she didn't realize everything she had to do in order to be able to give me my 60 day tag. She seems to think that just because her now ex-husband has been in the car business for over 10 years, that she knows it all. The office itself is very unprofessional. Their hours are supposed to be 10-5, but rarely are they there before 11. I get the impression that they just show up whenever they feel like it. It is only the owner and one other lady in the office. The other lady in the office is the owner's best friend, and they both have their kids running around the office. Also, her ex-husband and his friends are trying to cause problems and bring drama to her business. Professionalism is DEFINITELY something this "business" is lacking. Trying to get them on the phone is so much of a hassle as you never really know when they will be in. And what is even harder is trying to get a return phone call from them. My advice to you? Stay away from this place. It is really not worth all of the hassle and hopefully this review will help others see that.
