I was promised, the night before they were due to start work on my property, that they would be arriving at 8 am. I live an hour away from the property so I had to leave my house at 7 am. I text them when I left and said the time I would arrive so they knew I was on the way. They didn't turn up and I had to phone them, only to be told they can not take on the job as they have too much work on. The job had been booked in so they should have known if they could do it or not before. Not only that when I was talking to the guy he cut the phone on me and then didn't pick up again. I would highly recommend not using these two. The tall "electrician" also tried to convince me one of the flats in the building needed rewiring when in fact it didn't and other flats with the same wiring only needed minor changes. Dishonest, unprofessional and rude. What a combination.
