Policeman's Son This was his 2nd accident in 2-weeks. He totaled his graduation mustang & another ladies car 2-weeks prior to hitting me, with his sion, & totaling my passant. The kid totaled 4-cars in 1-month. 2-Years Nation Law attorneys spent 2-yrs on my case & came bk w/$30k as a 1st offer. That inclu their 33.3% & $20k for the dr., $6k FL Hosp., other bills, etc Medical Bills My out of pocket med costs were $54k. Nation came bk w/$45k as a 2nd offer & left it up to me to bargain w/the dr to lower his costs fm $20k to $6k. Terminated Nation I terminated Nation & I settled w/the at fault parties insur. co. .I told them that I wd engage a very high profile winning attorney in the DP area of Orlando. They agreed to pay me $55k. Nation Law placed a lean on the payment & wrote up a fee chart for $5k worth of stamp fees. The insur. co. paid Nation 1st bef paying me. Botched Needless to say, I didn't have enough to pay my med bills. I owed FL Hosp. that $5k. I had to mk payment arrangements w/the hosp. Paid I said you said, if you don't win for me, there is no charge. We get paid if you get paid. You didnt even get my basic med bills covered let alone mk me whole. I just finished paying of my car & was looking forward to not having a car loan for at least 7-yrs. Client Sunk I am still paying off my med bills because Nation Law stated, " Our contract says if you get a payment we can charge you cost. We don't have to win for you as long as you get paid. We get to charge you costs." Costs Amazing that 6-phone updates fm Nation Law to me, over a 2-year period, amounted to $5k. They even complained I was the quietest client they ever had because I never called them...

I sent in paperwork a year ago and get updates once a month. I completely understand it takes time…read moreso I added that for anyone who thinks filing for disability might go quickly. My biggest complaint is that after I was rejected I sent in an 18lb box of all of my original medical documents which was not cheap. I sent updates daily with tracking and updates. That was a month ago. Last time I talked to them they said they didn't know where it was because they didn't pick it up from the post office. It's frustrating that I took the time and spent the money for nothing. Now I don't know how I'll indicate medical diagnosis since they do t seem to be able to access or request medical records. Anyway. There's that.
