Pressed Juicery has always been one of my go-to dessert/juice places. I love how many options they have of not only juices, but shots as well. I LOVE their freeze. Chocolate & vanilla swirl in a vegan waffle cone with the vegan marshmallows, chocolate and almond butter is the best. I love how you can literally get any combination of any flavor with any toppings and basically make it exactly how you like it. The staff has always been super patient and kind as well. Pre-wedding cleanse for the win! Two weeks before my wedding I needed some extra help slimming down and knew a juice cleanse would probably help. I searched forever and a day until I remembered about Pressed. One day cleanse for $50? Yes please. I got Cleanse Two: 6 juices + 2 waters. It was so much easier than I thought to cleanse, the juices taste AMAZING and I was never hungry. I had trouble finishing all the juices on time, straws help big time. My only issue was that I was freezing after a while, so hot lemon water was my friend. I love the fact that these are nutrient dense juices and they don't taste like grass water. Custom cleanses are also an option and their Freeze is to die for, so I've heard. Hands down best juice place I've ever tried! read more

This place has changed their hours literally every day over the last few weeks. At two minutes after 4 today they were closed even though their website says they are open until 9. They had been closing at 5 recently so when we arrived at 4:02 we thought there was at least 58 minutes until closing, or maybe even five hours. The workers just shook their heads at us. I can commiserate with some of you. While the establishment is clean and the girls are nice, they are also not the greatest at paying attention to details. Because I go to the Spectrum location a lot, I trust the workers, thinking everyone is trained the same. Sadly this is not true as (1) I was overcharged for a cleanse (2) they weren't labeled correctly. I've also gone in 3x now and they have been out of the kona espresso shot. The first week/time I went for it, I asked for the vanilla almond and the kona espresso. The gal didn't tell me they we're out of the espresso and rang me up for the vanilla almond. I mistakenly paid thinking she brought out both items only to find out they were out. Had to have her refund me as I didn't want the shake without the shot. After 10 mins, she was finally able to refund me, but never apologized for not telling me they were out. First off, you need to tell your customer when you're out of an item. And secondly how can you be out of something for 3 weeks?? Sadly, out of sheer necessity because they are on my way home from the gym, I will continue to go there. The customer service is always very nice! My complaint about pressed Juicery is that they are not organic and they over charge you for their products that contain pesticides, herbicides and glyphosate. Non organic fruits and veggies contain these harmful sprays that interrupt and interfere with your hormonal system and all 13 systems of your body. This place was great the first time I went, but every subsequent visit left a bad taste in my mouth. No thanks to the red headed girl who had a stank attitude when my 4-year-old was trying to choose her freeze toppings. She also applied my rewards points without telling me, which I didn't want to use at the time. I had to ask her to remove it after seeing it on the screen myself. I also had to ask her for a receipt after the transaction because she didn't offer one. She stared, gave an exasperated sigh, and dragged her feet. The juices are great. My issue is yesterday I went there to get one of their cleanses...cleanse 2 to be exact. today I start the cleanse and noticed that they numbered it completely out of order(thankfully I had the flier in front of me to follow) plus they gave me a completely different one (root 2) which is not on the cleanse list. The only solution I was given is to drive there and switch my root 2 for citrus 1. It's just annoying if I wouldn't have taken a flier with me I would have done the cleanse wrong. Plus I now have to drive there and switch out my product. When making 2 mistakes it be nice to give your client a little extra something. Not just to drive there and switch it. read more

Whenever I start getting a cold I get a bunch of the turmeric/ginger/cayenne shots and without taking any medicine I get better in a day or two of taking them a few times daily. The only reason why I came to this place is they had a coupon for 2 bucks a bottle. I would never buy cold pressed juice. Is there any real scientific evidence that cold pressed juice is better or healthier than regularly made juice? No, absolutely not. I asked the friendly dude working there did they press the juice today at this location? The dude tells me no, all the juice is trucked in from LA. Hmm. Fruit juice is actually not healthy, and is just sugar in another form, fructose. Don't get me started on juice cleanses, no scientific evidence for that either. Drink it up if you like the taste, but I would rethink paying the regular price for bottled juice for any supposed health benefits. read more

I love, love, love Pressed Juicery but this location is really making me not like them. I have come here to this location 3 times now & 2 of those times I drove 30 minutes out of my way because of a craving for the greens ice cream that I adore so much. The first time I came right when they opened, they told me the greens part of the machine was broken. (2 days after the opening???) Then the last 2 times I came, they were all out. Their Westcliff location on Newport has always been normal & great but that is super out of my way so I was so excited to learn this location in Laguna Niguel was here bcz though out of my way, it is closer to places I frequent. I'm really disappointed in this location. What's worse, is today when I confirmed what the sign said by being out of greens when I walked in, before I even asked, the girl was playing with her braids laughing & looking at me like, "Yep, thats right, we're out of it." She must not want her job for long with that way of being. As a business person, I'm not really convinced that opening this location or any other location was or is a smart move on Pressed Juicery's part. If you open a location for anything, you better be sure you have enough inventory to back up your orders. A bad day sure, I get it, but this is my 3rd time at this location and I have yet to try any ice cream or greens from this place and from what I read from the comments below, I'm not the 1st person. And from that girl's comment, you're really going to have ration control but raise our prices? I like this place a lot when I want a dairy alternative frozen dessert. They have some really great "healthy" options for dessert. It's frozen yogurt style with some toppings. I usually stick with their vanilla or chocolate though as I've found the others to taste a bit off. They're happy to give samples though so I recommend trying first. Their numerous drinks are also really good but a bit on the pricey side. You can register for their membership and get a discount. read more

I love Pressed vanilla freeze and was excited because they finally opened one close to me. The only reason I'm giving them only 2 stars is the amount of freeze is about 4 bites. Pressed locations made their containers smaller last year so you got less but still paid the same price and now they're barely filling them up. For almost $7 for a size 2, it's not worth it anymore :(. Such a bummer as I used to go to pressed 2-3 times a week as it was a great afternoon snack but not anymore, I just feel like I'm getting ripped off. Every time I am in here the service is outstanding! They always offer a sample and are willing to make suggestions and offer feedback. They usually are running some kind of deal where you can by a bundle of juices for less which is awesome! I see most of the poor reviews are regarding the price increase for their freeze. I can't speak to that since I have only ever purchased their juice. I love how many different options they have, and for cold pressed juice the price point actually isn't that bad. I have been going to pressed for the past three years and the customer service has progressively gotten worse. The workers are rude, give lots of attitude, and constantly roll their eyes. I pay $7.50 for a freeze and do not get my money's worth. It's not just one location, all of them in SoCal are the same. I get so frustrated when I go in because the workers make it not enjoyable. I love Pressed Juicery because of their ingredients, but the workers need a major attitude check. Located on La Paz next to the CVS, plenty of parking to be found. I came in after the gym to try out the green freeze. And well...it was delicious, but it was more like a slush. The server did ask me if it was okay though before handing it to me. And I really wanted to try it, so I went ahead with it. It was $5.95 for a small (size 1) with up to 3 toppings. But I don't know many other places that serves green veggie freeze :O that's what will make me come back for now. The juices are unique and tasty and filling, not mild. The almond milk is thicker and kinda like a healthy dessert. The other juices are more refreshing and they have a great range of flavors/ combinations, from sweet and mild to tart. Good stuff place. I use to just get the freezes. However, like several other reviewers mentioned about increased prices and decreased quantity; Not only did their cups shrink dramatically, so did the portions by almost half. Absolutely awful service!!! Waited in line forever for all the people getting freezes when all I wanted was the bottled juice. Even the girl making the freezes rang up someone buying one (that was behind me in line) and as I was still waiting didn't even offer to help me, she just stood there. Shauna needs definite training in customer service, I probably would have bought several bottles but she made no effort to take care of me as the customer, she seemed to only care about training a new girl on the register. She should have directed the line better and been more friendly. If she's in charge she definitely needs training. I have been getting ripped off lately at this store and it is ridiculous to think I am paying $6 for a freeze. The sizes used to be bigger and I was disappointed when they changed and now i'm even more disappointed because i get even less than i should be getting. Some people use these as a meal replacement, like i do, and if you only fill up half of the size 1 or 2, it is not going to fill me up. It's ridiculous that i have to pay that much for something so little. I used to love it a lot but being a working college student, I am not going to pay that much for nothing. read more

Mixed Review: So I love pressed and have always had great service here. Haley helped me and my mom and was super nice and friendly... however her coworker Lauren made a customer service mistake to the lady in line behind me and I feel like I need to Yelp on her behalf. My mom and I walked in and there was a couple ahead of us in line. They were talking and the guy told his girlfriend that he saw Lauren so they stepped outside and I saw them meet a girl and talk to her outside. Meanwhile I'm ordering and that girl they left to say hi to came in and worked there. Haley starts helping us and theres a lady behind us, and the couple gets in line behind her. Then Lauren calls over the next lady in line (not even acknowledging her at all) and shouts to her friends, what do you want?? They then tell her their order all while still standing in line, until she calls them up to the register. Umm I'm sorry but that is terrible customer service. You need to help the next person in line not your friends who obviously had no problem getting back in line. The lady that should have been next didn't say one word until Lauren then helped her and the lady said "that was really rude, I was next in line and you didn't help me." Lauren just said "oh sorry." And the almond butter drizzle to top it all off... my mom noticed that she didn't even charge her friends for the ice cream and juice that they got. read more
