Terrible service! Do not use this as a Kariboo hotspot. I came to collect my package from La Redoute and the sales lady (or shop manager?) repeatedly said that she had not seen my name and that she doesn't have my package. Then she refused to look at my info on my phone. I literally had to convince her that my package is most definitely in the store and that she should go take a look in the back. Outrageous! Also, the store is supposed to open at 10 AM, but this lady takes her sweet time and totally ignores the fact that you are waiting outside. read more
